Family beach fun

We brought three older teenage children and we loved the condo and its amenities! We went to the beach and pool daily. It was an easy 2 minute stroll to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler that were in the condo. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the pier. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area.

family get away

The property was very cozy, clean and centrally located. The pool area was very clean and family friendly. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation and for everyone to have a great time. We also got to see a rocket launch and that was a great surprise! overall a fantastic place to enjoy the beach!

June 2024 Cocoa Beach Stay

Easy to locate property with quick walk to pier either via sidewalk or beach. We all had fun switching between beach and pool throughout the 3 day stay. Extra excitement with the day and night rocket launches at Kennedy Space Center which were easily visible from condo beach access. Had one covered parking spot plus extra passes in room for other vehicles. Downside is lugging all the luggage up the stairs to the second floor YET that is a minor inconvenience to have a room right next to staircase that gave us a beautiful view of pool and beach and quicker access to both too. Never experienced any bugs while enjoying the balcony as the breeze kept them away. Interior was very clean, furniture/beds were very comfortable, had all the kitchen appliances/tools to make meals, extra chairs and beach stuff in closet and really liked the local artwork throughout condo. Recommend clarity on pool hours as we got mixed signals from the pool signage and condo visitors on whether it closes at 7pm or 9pm. Also would be nice to have an extra trash can in kitchen to separate recycling vs trash as their is also various signage reminders all over the interior/exterior of condo. Could have used more trash bags as only one tall kitchen trash bag was supplied in the condo. We improvised by using the extra diaper pail bags we had brought from home. Pool is not shaded at any point of open hours during this time of year so recommend water hats, sunglasses and lots of sunscreen.

Not as nice as expected

The location is great. We paid SO much i was expecting it to be emaculate. The pans in kitchen were so stratched up/nasty we had to go buy a pan to cook. Wall papr peeling many places. The biggest complaint is they said they were comin the condo to replace a window during our stay. They said they told all owners two weeks ago so he must have forgotten to tell me. I had a horrible sinus infection the entire trip and honestly wanted to take a nap but nope. I was only told by host they have a right to enter at anytime. No apologies for not giving us a heads up. We were charged a cleaning fee and another servie fee of 400 dollars yet they still expected us to take all trash out, start load of dishes and load of towels and take all bedding off. What services did we get for 400???? Never paid this much and expected to do so much as a guest!!

Great location, Great complex and GREAT communication!

Our host consistently communicated with us before, during and after the visit. He even sent an app so we were able to know about the Cape Canaveral launch! Everything was as described and he was very responsive if we did have a question. We are already trying to figure out when our next visit is going to be! Location was walkable to restaurants and the complex was quiet even during spring break. I'd definitely recommend this host to anyone.

Relaxing stay

Excellent Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a great location next to the pier for surfing and restaurants with a view of the beach and heated pool. The condo was well stocked with beach gear and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable in the large bedrooms. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Tim was very responsive and was able to quickly help resolve an issue that we had. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Great for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
