Stayed two nights before cruising. Loved the area. Close to so much. Communication was a little delayed but understood they were transitioning to new owner. Site manager was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Never got the check in email. Messaged “Mandy” several times and didn’t get a response until past midnight. Was left high and dry by a rude and nonchalant host. Avoid!

Too much to say so I will bullet point it- The host didn't reply to us one time while we were there. -The place was cute and decorated well but not functional ( no night stands, no place to actually cook food)- there is no real kitchen here but lots of kitchen items in hall closet and shelves. - the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink is the same- the vrbo check in letter said Pull into any of the 4 parking spots available. Your unit is the front door of the building and there is a sigh that says "Palms" over it. But we actually were the Seahorse. We were given bad check in information - the place doesn't have a lock to lock the door from the inside- At 11pm other people walked into our place while my husband and I were in bed. When we both screamed in surprise they apologized and left. - The host never replied to tell us where the beach chairs and umbrella was. We did find it but we felt alone.- the walk to the beach is quick and the beach is beautiful - we left early and paid for hotel for the last night. We didn't feel safe or heard. We didn't like being there- TV was small- you can poop and wash dishes at the same time

Place was small but nice enough. Communication was very poor, Vrbo had to contact host for us. We had to do this three times. Finally received received information to enter property 2 hrs after arrival, never received access to use laundry room when requested. Not the easiest stay

Cute little 4 plex with backyard activities bar area. Very comfortable and walkable distance to the beach. Backyard is not directly on the beach but only about a block and a half away.

Short stay before my cruise

It was a very short stay for me. We arrived close to midnight and left before 10 to catch our cruise. Its a cute little villa, small but it served its purpose. It was pretty clean and had some nice touches. Very convenient distance from the port. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the villa as it was on the backside of the property. Overall it was nice and the communication from the management was great!

Very close to the beach!

Overall it was nice. We were maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and I LOVED that! The bedroom was quite a few degrees warmer than the bathroom/hallway. I also didn’t like that everything was done through additional links. The other Vrbo rentals I have done, everything was through the website. This home required us to use an additional site to enter our details and pay a refundable deposit/credit card hold. So it was a lot of additional steps while I was just trying to enjoy our vacation. There was beach equipment at the property to use and check out was very easy! No chore list like you hear in horror stories!

We booked the seahorse and then 3 days before are stay got email from Vrbo saying room was double booked and blamed Expedia. We got moved to some other place off a highway and wasn’t steps from the beach. The host gave us wrong address but thankfully responded in time with right address. Very disappointing

great little place

This place is basically a house divided into smaller rental areas (bath and bedrooms). they have decked out the outside property with the feel of being at a resort (fire pit, bar area, games, seating to relax). It was a great spot to go to our HS reunion. We really enjoyed it.
