Good communication with the owner. Very responsive and helpful. Location was amazing with a very short walk to the beach. Saw 2 rocket launches - unforgettable. House was spacious and clean. Lots of space for everyone. We will be back in future years. Only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror somewhere. Loved our time there.

Property was really close to ocean and the pool was a great option in the evenings. Property was clean, spacious, and easy to find. It was also close to grocery stores and restaurants. The six of us had our own spaces. Communication with owner was great.

The house was in a perfect place. The beach entrance was at the end of the block( no busy roads to cross) the property was within walking distance to some restaurants. The property was also close to visiting family that live nearby.Communication with the owner and manager was quick and easy through text messages and phone calls. I would definitely vacation here again and I would recommend this home for a great vacation.

Great stay in a beautiful home at Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early July. The property was very clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, super close (easy walk) to the beach and communication with the property manager, Cathy, was excellent. We were there for a baseball tournament and had no issues getting back and forth to the fields (about 25 minute drive with normal traffic). Thanks for a great experience in Cocoa Beach!

Large pool, easy beach access, safe area, lots restaurants near

Well maintained, very clean, relaxing area, near shopping. Family loved the large pool. We saw 4 rocket launches from house and beach. Lots parking. Owner very responsive to questions, provided information on shuttle service to orlando airport when it became necessary (friend's business) and worked out perfectly.

Great family stay in Cocoa Beach!!

Our family of ten (six adults and four children ages 7-10) throughly enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Some visited Disney and Universal a few days, while others enjoyed the short walk down the street to the beach every day! The house was well stocked, clean and had a great layout for our group. The pool was exceptionally large and fun and the beach was wonderful… not packed like our northeast beaches. The overall location was great too!! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful including tips for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this property and host (host has other properties as well).

Pa. Family trip

Had an amazing week here with our kids and grandkids, 6 adults, 5 kids. This home was beautifully furnished, spacious, well stocked kitchen…cooking tools, glassware, dinnerware,etc. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. This home was very clean…pristine!Pool was huge and warm! Well stocked pool and beach items available. Only like a block to beach crossover. Best host we have ever dealt with both before and during trip! We will definitely be back. No complaints at all. 5 stars!

Another great trip to Cocoa Beach

Overall a great stay for our family in Cocoa Beach. We have stayed here at Cocoa many times for spring break. The house was as described. Rooms were nice and all the beds we comfy. Cathy was a great host. This was the 2nd house we have rented from her. Pool was nice and kept at a great temperature. Very close to the beach and pier. We played golf a couple of days, and we saw a launch at night which was very cool. Also, a storm was over the ocean, so we had a great light show. A Mister Donut is down the street with many other good restaurants nearby. Would defiantly stay here again with a large group.

Christmas in Cocoa Beach was amazing

First of all,Cathy, the property manager, was excellent. She always answered questions quickly. The property is terrific. It is so close to the beach and the Cocoa Beach pier where we really enjoyed watching the surfers. The property was clean and easily accommodated our family of 11 ages from 66 to 1. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs and pool floats. This trip at Christmas time, yes, Santa found us, was perfect and will provide wonderful family memories forever

Great place, great location

Cathy’s house was perfect for our family thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the beautiful house. It was perfect for families with kids; the pool was ideal and the open space living room/kitchen area is great to spend time together. Cathy was an incredible host. We will be staying here again!

Staying at this house was one of the best vacation choices I have ever made. he house looked exactly like it does in the pictures, which is rare. Our only issue we had was hurricane Helene! We were fortunate and missed the worse of it but let me tell you, the homeowner called the day prior to it making landfall and was very concerned aboqut

Family vacation

3 generations stayed, from 10 month old to 74 year old. The house was spectacular. About 2 block walk to ocean and no streets to cross. Watched 2 space launches which the family thoroughly enjoyed. Beach in the morning, pool afternoons and evenings. Highly recommend this home!

Great Family Vacation

This property was amazing! We stayed here for our yearly family beach vacation and it was great! We had never been to Cocoa beach and this was so relaxing. All the restaurants and ice cream is so close to the home, it’s in a great location. The home itself was spotless and perfect! The home has lots of pool floats and kids floats and toys. The pool was huge and so clean we used it all day. Can’t say enough great things, I definitely recommend this home!! 10/10!! Visitors must try “Gelati di Roma” , “Floridas Fresh Grill” , and “Crydermans BBQ” !!

Hot Hot Hot

The SailAway House was wonderful, the weather was HOT! So the large pool was used everyday to cool off. The beach was just a short walk and absolutely beautiful. The house was big and comfortable. Having two dryers was a huge plus. The only suggestion to the owners would be to have a few more bath towels and some blanket throws for the sofas. Sunburn can make one pretty chilly in evenings while watching TV. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Family Vacation 2024

We had a great time! As grandparents, we loved having a private pool to play in with the kiddos. We enjoyed having so many floats and toys. House was clean and loved having a large great room where we all could gather. Also loved having TVs in every bedroom to enjoy quiet time. Cathy communicated appropriately well. The tile on the porch is super slippery when wet. We had one kiddo go down…not seriously hurt. After that, we simply laid towels down. I was also surprised there was no garbage disposal but made it work.
