Although we had absolutely no issues, the host stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy. The host even allowed early check-in. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised, with entry to the beach being at the end of the block. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Our entire stay was AMAZING!! Host responded to inqueries within minutes. House is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. All appliances in perfect working order. Generous supply of toiletries in each bathroom. Rooftop deck has spectacular view of the ocean. Steps away from the beach. All 10 of us had a fabulous time.

Warning: Potential Health Hazard - Serious Mold Concerns

Before considering renting this property, I strongly urge you to confirm with the owner that the HVAC system has been properly inspected and cleaned. During our stay, we encountered a pervasive musty odor throughout the house, which we initially attributed to the air conditioning being set at 78 degrees. However, the smell persisted, and by the second night, it became clear that something more serious was wrong. We had guests who chose not to stay due to throat irritation caused by the air quality, and we later discovered black mold with visible spores in several air vents, particularly in the Mother-in-Law suite. This was confirmed by an ENT specialist in our group, who found the odor overwhelming and immediately removed her daughter and our granddaughter from the suite. This led to a shortage of beds for our guests and a couple left to find other accommodations. When we reported these concerns to the host, we were offered a late check-out as a resolution, which was unacceptable given the potential health risks. The host later downplayed the severity of the issue, attributing the odor to a sink and claiming there was no mold. However, an HVAC expert reviewed the evidence we provided ( see pictures) and immediately identified the issue as mold caused by moisture in the attic, possibly from past roof leaks. He indicated that the entire HVAC system likely needs a thorough cleaning or even ductwork replacement to ensure safety. Host only offered a minimal $100 refund.

Awesome stay for my group of friends!!

During our stay in Cocoa Beach, me and 11 friends were able to stay in this beautiful home!! We had the best time as this house was the perfect size for our group and had the ideal location so close to the beach and many dinner spots!! We walked almost everywhere we went. Vickie is an amazing host as well!! She is super easy to communicate with and she even let our group check-in early because we arrived earlier than expected. She is simply the best, and I am extremely grateful for her communication and flexibility. I highly recommend this stay, thanks again Vickie!!

Summer 2023 Beach Trip

Great Location! This was one of the best trips that my family and I have had. Vickie is a great host and communicates great. It was in a really nice location close to the beach and pier. Close to Publix. Good sized house with plenty of room and lots of space for all 13 of us. We try to do our summer family trips in different locations each year but this one listed as one that we want to do again one day. Thank You Vickie for sharing your Beautiful Beach house with me and my Family.

Great stay

This is one of the best houses and locations we have stayed in. Vickie is a great host and communicates great. The house was very spacious and clean. It’s a short walk, about 2 minutes, to the beach. It’s close to the pier, shopping and dining. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great for large families

Plenty of room, well equipped nice main area for hangout spot. Outside shower and nice garage to store all your beach stuff in and keep the main house free of sand. Hurt my leg right before we left and so was on crutches, still the walk to the beach wasn't bad even with surfboards and loaded down carts. Overall the house is aging as any beach house does but would recommend!!! Could easily accommodate 12 people or more with kids!

This property was very accurately described! The property had more than adequate space for 8 adults and was very centrally located to restaurants, shopping, beach etc. We were already talking about coming again as we were leaving.

Perfect for our extended family

Great location and worked well for 10 of us for a family trip for my son’s baseball tournament. Only negative (which was not a big deal because we made it work) was from the description we were expected 2 of the bedrooms to have a bed and a futon. Turns out the futons were both in the living area of the in-law suite.
