Nice condo close to the pier. Direct beach access. Restaurants are located within a few blocks which was nice as we did not have a car.

It was great! The condo has about every thing you need, fully stocked!It was beautifully decorated with turtle art and carvings. Loved it! Has a great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. Management was very friendly and at our disposal. Large bedrooms and beds were comfy.No complaints!!

Great location, plenty of room. It has everything you need. Pots, pans, etc. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and lots of other water/sand toys. Air conditioner works good. Plenty of chairs at table. Heated pool its relaxing after a day at the beach. Other than location, the communication with owners is outstanding, nice and courteous during email exchange.

VACATION

Really liked the place. So nice to have separate bedrooms and the kids even had their own beds. Comfortable and cozy. Beach was easy to access and the pool was refreshing. The pier was easy to get too and their was restaurants close enough to walk too.

Quick beach trip

We were only there two nights but had a great time. Nikki was so helpful and welcoming! The condo décor is a little kitschy, but it was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The little extras like beach chairs, umbrella and toys were so nice to have. The pool was great and the beach is just a short walk away. We would stay again.

Great stay - lovely condo in heart of cocoa beach

The condo was lovely. Very well maintained, clean, well appointed. The beach is very close and there is a heated pool. The condo is on the 2nd level and has stairs inside so would not recommend for people with mobility issues. Complex is quiet and other guests seemed friendly. The property manager Nikki was a gem and very attentive and accommodating! Beds comfy, plenty of beach gear ( which was good because we flew). Really a great spot. Note: this area is very close to the heart of cocoa beach (right by the pier) and therefore is a bit crowded. We made do, and kids found people on the beach to play with. However, in the future I probably would not stay here again because we like more quiet and less “stuff” around. Beaches to the south are more our speed. If you like the hubbub and amenities this is for you.

Wonderful spot for a family get-away

We really enjoyed our time at this property! Everything was as described and the management was very responsive and easy to deal with. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the view. Was close enough to Orlando that we could do a day at Disney. Would definitely recommend!

This place was great! Was clean, quiet was no rowdiness no one bothered us. We visited Disney 2 days

The drive to Disney was only 1 hour, so we chose to have beach time and Disney worked out perfect. Had everything we needed in townhouse. Beds slept wonderful, very clean no odors! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot

We had a wonderful vacation! The townhouse was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was quiet and a short, beautiful walk to the beach. It’s location was perfect for our family and we were able to travel to Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Center. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We will be sure to visit again
