Perfect Family Beach House - 1 Block from Ocean

  • Convenientemente ubicado a sólo cuadras del centro de Cocoa Beach y el famoso Ron Jon Surf Shop, a 40 minutos de Orlando y todas las atracciones de Disney ya 20 minutos del Centro Espacial Kennedy, esta adorable casa de playa es el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un día de diversión en el sol. Esta propiedad ha sido recientemente remodelado profesionalmente y decorado con hermosos pisos de baldosas, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, etc.

    Esta casa cuenta con tres dormitorios y dos baños completos. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y su propio baño privado con ducha extra grande. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y el tercero tiene gemelos-sobre-completo literas para los niños. Se proporcionan sábanas. Sólo tiene que traer sus propias toallas de playa.

We enjoyed our stay here at Cocoa Beach. The property was just as described. It had everything we needed and more. I will definitely book here again. Very comfy beds.

Travelled with husband and 4 teens. Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bathroom and beach towels and beach supplies in the garage.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation!

Very nice location!! Nice pool!! When not at the beach, we just loved chilling out in the fenced backyard by the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was easy to reach if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

The home was nice and the pool area fantastic. We had a great stay and Sam was responsive when I had questions. One thing I would recommend is to let guests know that they will need to bring or shop for toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Other than that it was a great property!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, conveniently located, well stocked and the host was prompt In getting back to us about anything we needed. The pool was sparkling clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thanks Sam.

Excellent house with a fenced yard, private pool, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Included is everything you need down at the beach: chairs, umbrellas, cooler, games, and a wagon (though we didn't use it because there are a few stairs at the beach). There are also bikes though we didn't try them out. Pool noodles and floats are also provided. The Downtown area is a short drive up the road where there are lots of great restaurants, tiki bars, and even a monthly street festival. We were also lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the backyard!

Had a really nice stay. We came for Thanksgiving and the place was just right for us. Location was great and the property was as advertised. Will stay there again!

This was the perfect house for my family of four. The weather wasn't in our favor for very long during this trip, with very high winds and lots of rain. We felt safe in the house and had plenty of puzzles, TV games, and reading material to get us through our stay. Location was phenomenal- minutes from restaurants, downtown CB, and one block from the beach. Home was clean and very well-appointed. For the brief time we were able to enjoy the pool and grill, we took advantage! Owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!
