Side view of the beach was great for the price we paid! We had coffee on the balcony every morning & enjoyed the sound of the waves and view of the ocean. It's just 1 building away from the Cocoa Beach Pier, where we walked to enjoy evening cocktails at the tiki bar that's directly over the ocean. Grocery store & anything else you need are right there. The pool & grill area were clean & very nice. They even have a Green Egg smoker. The only complaint I have is the bathrooms could use a deep clean. I ended up doing it myself because I can't handle a dirty bathroom.

We knew our unit, 502, only had a partial ocean view, so that was ok. The unit was clean and basically stocked with necessary items. We loved the top floor observation deck for Happy Hours and sunsets. It’s a busy beach close to the pier, but unfortunately, swimming in the ocean was out of the question due to the jellyfish in the water. Our 2 criteria for choosing Chateau by the Sea was it was dog friendly and it had a heated pool. The pool however was not heated, it was freezing cold. When we asked the office about this, we were told, yes, it IS a heated pool and they would check with the manager. Other guests we spoke to had complained as well, at which point, they did put the heat on and by our last day there, it was a tolerable 81 degrees. The common areas ( Atrium) definitely need a refresh.. worn out furniture, dead plants, dirty floors in the elevators.

Absolutely loved this place. Zareh (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) was extremely personable, and responded promptly when ever we had any questions. The rooms were clean, they even had beach chairs for us to use. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great Location

We had a great stay. The location of the condo is perfect. It’s close to many things to do for all ages. The host was quick to respond, and when an issue arose, he helped to get it fixed right away. We loved the option to go between the pool and ocean. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for the USSSA Softball World Series

Everything about this stay from the booking, to the value and the property was excellent. The management group clearly communicated at every step and the condo was exactly as described. Beach access was easy, clean and private. Pool was adequately sized and well maintained and location was within walking distance to local eateries and grocery stores. We will stay again.

Excellent service, from check in to answering my questions promptly to check out was seamless. Our yellow lab felt right at home and loved the tile floor. We watched a Falcon launch from the roof top which was a fantastic view.everything clean and stocked. Highly recommend

Great experience

Ocean front cute building with very easy access to beach. They have a pool, grills, chairs, boogie boards, and all the supplies you need to make it a few days. Owners were very responsive, helpful, and gave us all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. We even went down to the beach last night and watched a rocket launch.

Christmas Stay

Although the weather was cloudy and overcast most days, we made the best of it. The location was perfect for our family to walk and drive where needed. Communication was great with property manager. We needed an extra blanket as one of our kids was really cold, and it was brought immediately. Because they are in college, they are use to dorm beds and they said that’s what the twin beds felt like they were sleeping on. If looking to upgrade something , I would suggest the mattresses or get mattress toppers.. We would definitely stay again.

Great location and as advertised

We had to switch our destination from treasure island to cocoa beach and this did not disappoint. The facility was very well kept up and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of restaurant options, steps to the beach and pier. The communication from the property manager was great!

Comfortable

Clean, relaxing and convenient. I did have to buy two new pillows because the other ones were really flat. I wanted to donate them to the condo, but my sister-in-law wanted to take them, sorry. I would definitely stay there again, possibly next year. The owners contacts with me was exceptional. I love the fact that beach chairs and towels were there since we traveled by air, very helpful!
