We booked this beautiful beach house and on the same day we received an email from the host with information about the community and nearby attractions.We saw the pictures online but our breath was taken away when we walked into the house. The bedrooms were huge and we had a spacious kitchen with a dining room table to enjoy our Christmas dinner! We had two kids and each of them had their own bedroom with a TV and bathroom (always an issue with hotel rooms). The laundry room was a blessing as we were able to wash our clothes and towels and not have to worry about packing dirty laundry for our flight back home. We got a chance to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the beach. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk back and forth to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to booking this beach house again in the future!

Awesome place to stay in Cocoa Beach! Private but within 5 minutes of so many places to eat at and visit. Very clean and has all the amenities you might need. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helpful.

Great location to beach. Loved the floorplan. Nice to have beach gear/towels at our disposal since we traveled by plane. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Street noise was loud at times but not too bothersome.

Cocoa Beach House

We had 5 people in our party. 2 adults, 3 kids ranging from 9-15 yrs old. The proximity to the beach was awesome. We went to the beach for a couple hours, came back, ate, napped and went back to the beach. It was exactly what we needed. It’s also 10 minutes from kayaking with dolphins and Manatees and 30 minutes from airboats where we saw gators and creatures in the swamp and waterway. The town of Cocoa Beach was great with shops restaurant and bar's.The house was perfect, full kitchen with brand new supplies for cooking, bedrooms were nice and big. The house has been updated nicely. Lots of beach gear chairs, umbrella and wagon. The owners communicated with us promptly during the check in and check out process. We highly recommend this house.

Simply the BEST

Love love love our stay in this beautifully furnished and perfectly located beach house. 50 steps to the white sands, not crowded beach. Complete beach amenities. My daughter was so delighted with the amount of pretty shells she found. We were all so comfortable in the house. Property managers are so responsive and so hospitable in welcoming us. Highly recommended!!

Perfect spot for a family

The home had everything you could need for a family ranging from infants all the way to grandparents. Close access to the beach and all the beach accessories you could ask for. Property manger was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend.

Exceptional stay!!

Our stay was exceptional and flawless. House was perfect, clean and had all the necessary amenities needed for a perfect stay. You cannot find a better place. Great location, beach is across the street and few mins walk to cocoa beach downtown. I would recommend this place and we are definitely coming back again!!

Overall a good choice!

The property at 14th Ave was a good choice for our family. It’s a 2 level property with 1 bedrooom downstairs and two upstairs, so parents need to be comfortable leaving kids alone on one floor or the other. The positives: Easy beach access within a few minute walk. Good location to view launches from! Layout and space was very good, enough room for privacy and each person to have some space. Was well stocked and clean! The negatives, the photos online were from a while ago and the place could use some minor maintenance as follows; missing plate cover screw at top of staircase, missing mini blinds rod in upstairs BR (can’t open blinds), garage door keypad lid comes off every use and takes 2 entry’s to open door, garage entry door deadbolt doesn’t align with the striker plate, downstairs bath fixture Is not led compatible, so the lights flicker, first aid kit (blue case), Is low on supplies and some of the beach equipment is in rough shape; wagon and umbrellas. Overall, it’s nice and we’d stay there again, but could use some basic maintenance. Enjoy!!!!

Great beach

The road noise including tractor trailers was loud starting at 5am, otherwise plenty of space close to great beach! Mattresses were ok, but some will need updating soon. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals etc. I would stay here again as honestly other than road beautiful property!

Very nice home. Great beach access directly across road. Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and beach equipment. Smart TV:s were nice. Only disappointment was the property does not have a grill.. Overall a great rental.

The place was very clean with everything needed for a great stay. The beach access was directly across the street and the downtown was 10 min walk. We had a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Perfect beach house!

I could not say enough good things about this house, the location, and the host (by letting us check in much earlier than the listed check in time.) The heated outdoor shower was awesome and there were so many convenient items already there such as beach toys/wagon/games/coolers/high chair. We had a great time and wish that we could have stayed a while longer :)

Family weekend getaway

Very easy check in process. Everything you need for a day a the beach coolers, chairs and beach toys for the kids! Not beach front but only 2 minute walk to the beach with some view of the ocean. My family only spent the weekend but after staying there we are going to book a week next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Stunning Views and Great Amenities!

Our two-night stay at the Blue Ocean Beach House was fantastic! The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious, offering everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. We especially appreciated the abundance of beach supplies, including chairs, wagons, and toys, making our trips to the shore effortless. The second-story patio with its stunning beach view was a highlight of our stay. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach!
