Great short term rental

Perfect short term rental close to the beach and all the amenities we needed. We had an issue with the internet and they had a tech there as soon as they can. If we are ever in Cocoa beach again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

Excellent accommodations

This is the second time we have stayed here (first time in July 2022, second July of 2024) in the same unit. We love how clean and organized the entire complex is, the unit we have stayed in is just the right size for an adult couple looking to get away for a few nights. The close proximity to the beach is awesome and the fact that the property owners have beach gear readily available to use is amazing.

Great Experience

We had an amazing time, the Apt. Is very clean and well put together, very convenient just a short walk to the beach with nearby, restaurants and stores. We visited Kennedy Space Center just a 20 min drive from here. The location is very peaceful and quiet. The host was very good and provided everything my family needed. I would highly recommend it can’t wait to come back!

Home away from home

What can I say, this quaint place is outstanding as always. This is our go to place when staying in Cocoa Beach. Clean & everything you could possibly need is at your fingertips. The owner is super friendly & very accommodating! Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

5 star property!

The property was clean and well lit. The listing did mention parking was tight, however I was in a mini van and there was plenty of room for me to pull in and back out, parking didn’t feel cramped out all. The room was so clean and smelled so fresh! I will definitely be back to this property, as I travel to Cocoa twice a year for work!

Easy, clean, great!

Everything went smooth and was great! The property was well maintained and the updates were super cute! We needed to communicate with the manager to find a pack n play and they were very prompt in responding! (They are in the laundry room for any future goers!) would stay again, even my husband was impressed and that’s a compliment!

Great location! Nice details!

This unit has great finishes with updated kitchen, bath, and all furnishings. The location is just steps away from the beach to easily take in a sunrise view. Located in a quiet neighborhood with short driving distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Communication was excellent and a great stay!

Had a blast

We came for our 3 year olds birthday. She wanted to go to the beach. This place was wonderful, clean and safe. We loved that we didn’t have to buy any beach stuff because everything you need is already there. Also, loved the outside shower to rinse after the beach. The beach is a 2 minute walk maybe from the front door. It was a wonderful stay.

Very nice and super close to the beach, less than 3 min walk. Very clean and comfortable. I will suggest that some of the beach chairs and umbrellas are a little old… will definitely go back

Relaxing home away from home

Loved the property, very well maintained, super clean. The property Owner thought of everything for the unit we rented and the overall property. Nice sitting area in front of unit but also two larger gazebos with a lot of seating. Plus three gass grills . Common room has everything you need for the beach with toys for the kiddos . If this property is available rent you will not be disappointed.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Within walking distance to beach (Cocoa Beach pier is 10-15 min walk), several restaurants nearby as well. Pictures accurately depict the space…modern coastal decor. Super comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent, affordable, great location

This place is truly as good as it looks in the photos; maybe even better! It’s a short walk to the beach and we loved that we didn’t have to worry about packing any beach supplies for us or the kids. The supply closet is fully stocked with all you need! Owner is quick to respond to messages and is very helpful. They’ve thought of everything. It’s very clean and the decor is really tasteful. Check in and check out is so easy. Even talked to a local neighbor in passing and asked how he feels about rentals in the area; he had nothing but good things to say about the management of this property. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Only thing we would change is making our trip a little longer!

Fantastic property and location

The property was clean, updated, and relaxing. Having all the beach equipment onsite and the very short walk to the beach made us lazy beach bums. You are also very close to Cape Canaveral and can watch a launch from the beach. We will be back!
