This condo was amazing, it was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. 3 bedrooms 2.5 half baths. Stocked with Everything you needed for the beach, pool was amazing we swam everyday. Very clean and even had someone met us at the condo to provide us a short overview of the condo. Host provided all details and information through email and was very responsive to all questions. Will definitely book again. Great overall experience. Very short walk to beach and a great location to where it wasn’t crowded at the beach access. Thanks for a very enjoyable vacation!!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

Thanks for a great experience! The condo was everything we could have asked for a vacation home. It’s stocked with everything, including plenty of good quality toiletries. Great view. Great amenities. Plenty of indoor living space to give my teens enough room for their separate space but small enough to encourage forced family bonding. Quiet beach that’s a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

A very pleasant experience (5Stars)

The condo owners and their local site rep were all very pleasant, helpful, and responsive. The VRBO ad and pictures very accurately described the property, which are maintained in excellent condition. The beach and the balcony are excellent places to view space launches from Kennedy Space Center, so bring your cameras. We would definitely love to return the next time we are in the area.

Perfect in Every Way

We have always stayed in homes that we find through the VRBO site. We have been very pleased with the all of the accommodations, but Debra and Alex’s place takes it to a whole new level. The property is lovely with only 11 units. The space is very large and all the extras that are provided are so welcome. The space is spotless and decorated so tastefully. All of the beach items , including a wagon to transport everything, is provided. Beach towels, toiletry items , laundry products , a fully socked and well equipped kitchen, family games and puzzles, an immense collection of reading material ,a short walk to a beautiful beach and lots to do in the surrounding areas. The beach was never crowded, and we were the only ones in the heated pool all week. The security in the building was wonderful, and having an elevator to take you directly to your unit was a nice convenience . All of this created a very peaceful vacation.Debra and Alex were always available and answered any questions with a quick response. They have set the bar so high, it will be difficult to ever find another place quite like this should our travels take us elsewhere. We would highly recommend this home and its gracious hosts.

Stunning VRBO rental

Our stay in our hosts home in Cocoa Beach was absolutely wonderful! The location is ideal: one short block from the beach on a quiet street. The pictures and descriptions didn't do enough justice for how beautiful the home and view of the ocean are. The hosts reached out to welcome us before we came and throughout our visit with all of our questions. Very welcoming. The unit was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, a hugh entertaining area, large kitchen (well stocked), comfortable furniture throughout and tasteful decor. The unit contained absolutely anything one might possibly need on a vacation including everything for the beach! I would highly recommend this VRBO home!

Beautiful well appointed condo

Very large condo which easily accommodated 6 adults. Communications with the owners and Nicole were excellent. Condo was very clean upon our arrival and the check in process was easy. The condo was also well supplied. It is steps to the beach. The balcony was well furnished with a large table and chairs + electric bbq. We were fortunate enough to watch two Space X launches from the beach during our 7 day stay. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect and very spacious. The location is perfect. The property had a unscheduled maintenance, but Debra and Alex were very responsive and did everything in their power to accommodate us. This is one condo i will go back without hesitation.

Hidden Gem

This condo far exceeds what the listing shows and provides. Our family of 6 had a wonderful relaxing stay. The more quiet and calm part of Cocoa Beach is steps away. The pool is even closer and is a nice break from the sun given the covered section. The pier is a brief walk south and seeing the night time launch at Cape Kennedy from the veranda was a big bonus. If we ever come back to this area which I am sure we will, we will for sure return to the same condo.

Beautiful spacious apartment in Cocoa Beach

This spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in Cocoa Beach exceeded all of our expectations. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and from the moment we stepped inside we were wowed by the decor, ambiance and amazing view. The apartment provided plenty of room for relaxation and comfort with separate living areas that were cozy and comfortable as well as separate spaces for formal, informal and outdoor dining. The large windows were great for watching the cruise ships go to and fro, and also for watching the lightening storms that occurred most evenings. The bedrooms were equally impressive, with very comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Throughout the apartment everything is provided to make you feel at home including toiletries, which was super helpful as we had forgotten a few things. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. Fully equipped with every appliance, we particularly appreciated the state of art fridge and coffee machine. One of the highlights of this holiday was the balcony. It was the perfect spot to sit with a morning coffee and enjoy the view over the ocean. We also enjoyed the pool. The location of the apartment was ideal. Just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Cocoa Beach pier was a 15 minute stroll along the beach, and many other restaurants and shops were easily accessible by car. Nicole and Debra went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing but perfect helping us make this a fantastic holiday.

Beautiful Condo with a great location

This condo was huge and beautiful. The complex was very quiet and well kept with a great little pool. The beach was not crowded at all. Would recommend this condo to anyone. The owner is a joy to work with as well.

Mere words are not enough...

Due to flight delays we were late in arriving... NOT a problem!! Owner and on-site manager had it covered and made check-in easy... and from there it only got better. This unit was one of the best we've ever rented. From delightful views of the ocean, to the cleanliness of the entire unit, to the top notch furnishings, to the wonderful beach amenities, to the hominess of the entire stay... we had a wonderful week. We plan to come back! Thanks for sharing your home!!

Definitely would stay again!

This property was amazing! Great location, super clean, well stocked, and so much space! I forgot some hygiene items but everything I needed was at the condo. This place is huge for a condo and it was super clean. Easy communication with the owners. And you cannot beat the price. I would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay!

This condo was exceptional in every way. It has everything you could possibly need for your stay and then some. The pool was fantastic and the beach was really close. We loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves at night. Highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation.

Lovely Cocoa Beach side Condo with TONS of added features

This property is incredibly LARGE. Especially for the average condo/apartments in the area. It has three bedrooms with a very large master bedroom and bathroom. It has an adjoining bathroom between the two other bedrooms. There is also a guest lavatory near the front Dining/Great Room and Formal Living Room area. Very spacious and lovely property! You'll feel pampered!!!

GREAT LOCATION

Amazing condo- has everything you need for the beach to cooking in the kitchen! Beds are very comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. LOVED how close we were to the beach - felt like it was right in our back yard- very comfortable with my teenagers walking the one minute walk to beach. The neighbors had a hard time with our large family of 9 but the owners were so great with communicating with us it made it easier to work with. Thank you for an amazing family vacation we are so appreciative to let us stay in your beautiful condo!

Beautiful home!

We had an amazing week long stay at Debra and Alex’s home. Everything you could need is provided from kitchen essentials to beach accessories. Beautiful furniture and more space than you can imagine. The beach is a very short walk from the condo with no major street to cross. The pool was delightful especially when the sun warmed it nicely. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Cocoa for Thanksgiving

5 of our immediate family got together to celebrate Thanksgiving and to spend some time together. The property was awesome, large with plenty of areas to sit and visit. Hands down the best equipped kitchen we have ever had the pleasure of cooking in “on the road”. Very short walk to the beach. The property is very secure. Debra was a great host! Check in and was easy. Will definitely be back when we want to get the family back together in Florida.

A Wonderful Stay

This was a great place to stay, centrally located to all Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral attractions. Debra & Alex were gracious hosts and very responsive. Their home was impeccably decorated and equipped with top quality appliances as well as all of the toys and towels for the beach and pool. The premises are extremely secure and safe lending it perfectly for family fun. It was so nice not to have to provide the basics that we would in many other properties (linens, soap, cleaning supplies, paper products, cooking ingredients). Thanks again!

Wow!!

Exceptional condo! This truly is not your average rental property. From start to finish, we had an awesome experience. Owners Debra and Eric were great to work with as well as their local friend Stacey. The condo itself is really amazing. Very large, very nicely furnished. Great appliances. My sons both say we now need to get an LG frig for our house. We spent considerable time out on the covered balcony with the ocean view....so nice. We also really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. That section of the beach was not at all crowed even near the 4th of July week. There were PLENTY of beach toys, chairs, etc. in the condo to use and even a wagon which was definitely handy! We were in the pool a couple of times which was also very nice. While in Cape Canaveral, we visited Kennedy Space Center, several restaurants at Port Canaveral (shark kabobs at Grills were awesome!), the Sand Bar and even rode Segways into Jetty Park. We had wanted to go parasailing out of Port Canaveral but it was too windy the three days we attempted to go. Otherwise, we seriously could not have asked for a better time in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area and certainly could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks so much!!
