  • Sandcastles 103 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

    Unit 103 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This spacious (1,300 sq ft) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has a walkout patio & yard in a building that is situated directly on the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin-over-double bunk-bed. As a result, you are able to comfortably accommodate all guests without having to worry about the hassles of using a pull-out sofa in the living room.

    The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, offering a heated pool, private access to the beach, a tennis court and sauna.
    By renting with the Happy Palm Stays Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have!

    Pet Policy: Maximum 1 cat or dog up to 30 lbs. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed. Condo Association and on-site manager strictly enforces rules and weight limit.

    BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights & greater! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!

    Please note there is a large hotel complex being built next door to Sandcastles. The work is Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

Really enjoyed our stay, first break in a lot of years, my birthday 55, my first time ever seeing the rockets 🚀🚀🚀 launched, so many she shells ❤️❤️ loved our stay at 103 not really a beach view but close enough, will probably be going there again next summer.

Wonderful Time

We had a great experience at Sandcasteles. The condo had everything we needed and even more. The beach is just a few steps from the door, we did not have any issues during our stay. There were several close by resturants that we enjoyed. And we saw four SpaceX rocket launches during our stay. This is the perfet spot for a great getaway.

We never met the host, only through text messages. We made some minor improvements inside the unit including felt pads on the bottom of all 6 kitchen table chairs. The chairs are very heavy and made a lot of noise when they were moved to and from the table. If we were made aware of the very noisy huge construction site next door to the north, we probably would have searched for a different location. There was a film of black dust on the floor throughout the condo each day, presumably from the construction project even though we never left our doors open. So we bought a mop to clean up the floors each day. Otherwise, the amenities and location were very satisfactory.

Place was clean and tidy. We did place some items higher on the shelves as we have a curious Toddler but that was no problem. Would go there again.

This ground level condo was perfect for our family gathering with 84yo grandma, young adult on crutches and a small dog. We could drop off bags and people at the door and the sliding doors opened to a grassy area for pup. The pool was just out the door and the beach just a path away. We would come again!

Wonderful apartment on the beach, big drawback, building site next to condominium with three piledrivers thumping away all day for the whole of three week stay. No warning on VRBO site.

Perfect get away!

This property was PERFECT! We/all of us enjoyed every part of it. Everything we needed was there. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, surf boards and sand toys was a God send for us. It meant so much not having to bring them from Arkansas. The second bedroom was perfect with the bunk beds. Everyone had their own bed and was very comfortable! Thanks for the perfect week.

Beautiful condo with nice access to everything. Pool was great and heated. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen could use more plates as there are only 6 plates and with a family of 5 we ended up just buying paper plates instead of washing plates after each meal.

The condo was quiet, clean with an ocean view. The neighborhood was walkable with a dog park two blocks away. The pool and hot tub were clean. The condo had beach chairs and boogie boards for guest use. I would highly recommend renting this condo

Our week in Cocoa Beach

Nice well stocked condominium. The cleaning lady was not quite finished cleaning when we arrived at 3 pm. She let us in & we left our things inside. The next day I did find the tea pot was left on, empty and was hot. I unplugged it. Otherwise all was great. Great location on beach & handy for shopping and other acitivities. We plan to stay again.
