Perfect couple of days

We didn't stay for long, but this little apartment had just what we needed for the time we were there. Proximity to the beach was perfect, even though we didn't have time for a day at the beach. We did utilize it to watch the rocket launch - a first for our little family :) Would absolutely stay again.

Great little apartment

It’s a really nice area and the common areas are super cute well lit, and very cozy. The only thing that sucked about my stay was the weather lol but 10/10 recommend this property and plan on coming back during a better time of year

The pictures online showed us what to expect, but it’s even more beautiful when you see the property in person. Very well kept! Clean. Great price. We met the manager face to face the day after check in. She treated us to a bottle of wine on the house to celebrate our marriage. Also, she upgraded our room at no extra charge! Very nice & thoughtful owners. We will stay here again. Such a short walk to the beach & you can’t beat the storage room full of beach chairs, umbrellas. Wagons, toys, etc. saved us money since we could borrow theirs (in excellent condition). Highly recommended to all!!!

Amazing long weekend at the beach!

This was a trip 2 1/2 years late. We had this planned in March of 2020 and Covid hit so we had to cancel this college spring break trip for my daughter. You graciously refunded our entire trip cost due to the crazy circumstances! We told ourselves that we would still take the trip someday! This weekend was amazing! (even tho Ian tried to mess things up again!) Your property is wonderful and was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the Cocoa Beach area! Would highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and the Space Center. The beach was just over the road and there was ample beach gear available at the rental.

We love staying here because it’s clean, close to the beach, and everything is provided! We barbecue almost every night and even did some laundry. The grounds are clean and inviting. We love this property!

Best Beach Hut!

My cousin and I absolutely loved all of the ‘beachy’ vibes and amenities provided in our little apartment. It was very clean and brightly well decorated which helped keep us optimistic during a few rainy days. The outdoor seating was just lovely to enjoy meals and drinks with guests when the weather was nice, and the beach items were perfect to have as we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Location is private and just a few minutes walking distance from the ocean which made going to the beach several times a day easy peasy. I recommend this to everyone!

Absolutely wonderful!

Love this property, clean, modern and exactly as pictured. Close to the beach, all the chairs, 🌂, wagons and water toys you need included. Laundry on-site. Great outdoor space in quiet neighborhood. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping, within walking distance. We will be back.

The unit was right across from the ocean, and the beach shed provided everything we needed for our beach weekend. The unit was just as advertised, clean and nice decor. The only one suggestion I could say would be a luggage rack in the closet instead of the shoe rack, but would not stop us from returning to this property next time we’re in the area. We would definitely recommend this unit. Thanks for a great stay! Beautiful property!
