We had a wonderful time here. We were only there for three nights and we wished it were longer. Check in and out were very easy. The condo is a great location and had all the amenities you could need. The hosts are available and very accessible if an issue arises. We can’t wait to stay here again.

My friend and I stayed from July 7 through the 10th. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the beach. The home is beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for such a great communication and accommodations. The trip was a treasure.

Relaxing

Everything was perfect, very Relaxing, all the people very friendly. We where very close to the pool and beach. I would come back and stay again. The only thing I would say that was tough for us was the parking. They only had a couple of handicap parking but everything else was great.

The property was very nice and clean and in a great location. The owner made sure we had everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach and also was able to see a rocket launch. All in all was a great experience.

Awesome stay!

Place was so well maintained and clean. We had a fabulous time. Bathrooms were actually quite spacious and easy walking to the pool and the beach made the vacation so seamless! Would definitely use this property again if we go back to Cocoa!

Nothing short of spectacular

Love, love, love this property. It’s a first floor unit that overlooks the pool and beach. Love that you are literally steps away from the beach. The condo is well equipped with everything needed for your stay. It has been updated with top notch finishes. Furniture and beds look new and are very comfortable, not your typical condo where people typically throw their outdated or unused furniture. When we were looking at various units in the area one of the things we wanted was to be able to enjoy and take full advantage of the beach. The hosts Jan and Byron thought of everything. There were 4 beach chairs as well as a beach umbrella, beach towels, insulated cups, and coolers. We watched a night time SpaceX launch from the condo boardwalk that leads out to the beach which was really amazing to see. They have a full size washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to throw in a few loads of clothes and not have to worry about doing a ton of laundry when we returned home from our trip. If we return to the Cocoa beach area we would definitely book this condo again.

AWESOME GETAWAY!

Couldn't have asked for anything to be better! Owners reached out well in advance with check-in/out procedures. Location is great and right on the beach. Room was modern, very clean, and has everything you might need, including beach accessories and cooler! The owners also put together a folder with their favorite local restaurants and attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The amenities provided were excellent and made it easy to settle in and make ourselves comfortable. There was enough space for everyone, including the baby. Covid getaway

The property and location are amazing. We are not beach people but did stroll down for a few minutes to enjoy the view. The pool was outstanding and it was never overcrowded. We were able to talk with other visitors and just enjoyed watching all of the kids running around and playing. The inside of the condo is spectacular. Jan provide us the option of checking in early or checking out late. We chose checking out late which was great to be able to pack and then unwind a bit before heading back home. We will for sure be back to this condo in the future.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Our stay coincided with the impending arrival of a hurricane. In the days leading up to our reservation Jan was extremely flexible. Luckily, the storm remained offshore and we were able to visit as planned. The condo is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. Everything you need is here - pool gear, stocked kitchen, and even some pantry items. There is a grill area outside and a Publix down the street in case you want to cook your meals at home. Great restaurants in the neighborhood in case you want to eat out. The condo location is perfect - the pool and lots of grassy areas are right outside the patio door, making it perfect for kids to play within view. I would definitively recommend this condo for families wanting a relaxing beach get away.

Couldn’t have been better!

We had a great time at this property! Condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus! Location to pool and beach couldn’t have been better! Jan checked in to make sure all was ok and if we needed anything. We were almost always able to find parking right outside the door. Would 100% stay here again!
