The house was nice. Pool and hot tub were great. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Had an issue getting into the house with an incorrect code given during check-in instructions. But was quickly rectified even though I didn’t message them until well into the evening.

Check in and communication with the host was very easy. When small issues arose such as TV remote batteries and coffee maker issues, our host was prompt in getting our concerns addressed. The outside pool area was just like we saw it online. The only report I would make would be to possibly repair the deck by the hot tub, otherwise no complaints.

Overall this was a great place! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to food and shopping. Back yard was great! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to book a vacation spot in Cocoa Beach!

Great Location!

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach and the property was in a prime location. Easy access to the beach and being a little farther from town, the beach was not crowded at all! The backyard was amazing and basically the reason we selected this house. Had a few issues with the WiFi and the owner came right away to get it fixed. A few things to note that wouldn’t sway me from staying here again but just good to know. 1. Some of the outdoor furniture could use some updating. One of the lounge chairs is broke and fell apart while I was sitting in it. The grill was a great perk but couldn’t get it hot enough to cook our steaks. Could be an easy fix and did not address with the owners as we only cooked at the house that one night. 2. Wagon is provided, which was great to have but the closest beach access does have a small boardwalk with the stairs coming up and down. Not ideal when pulling a wagon and you have to lift it up and carry it. Just FYI3. Bring bug spray! The mosquitos are awful and made it hard to enjoy the outdoors areas at night. I got quite a few mosquito bites sitting outside at night.

Tropical Paradise is a Perfect Description! Magical. Relaxing. Even in the rain!

HIGHLY recommended! We loved our getaway to this backyard tropical paradise and home and it’s zen affect on all of us.The description of the home, backyard, amenities, location were exactly as described and pictured. Everything needed was provided. The backyard was the star of the show and we spent as much time as possible out there, even in the rain! We felt welcome and safe inside & out.The owner/property manager was responsive with questions we had & we had no need to contact them while there, although we felt extremely confident they would have been promptly accessible. The proximity to the beach/ocean really is “just steps away from the waves, 3 houses down and across the street”. The beach is a remote section and feels private. The only thing we would change is the big wagon that’s provided to carry all things needed to the beach. The tires sank into the sand vs. rolling and we had to carry it, along with two young children. And if the owners could have ordered more sunshine and less clouds and rain it would have been perfect!The backyard area is better suited to older children as there are many steps. We had a walking 1 year old that wanted to walk everywhere but couldn’t do stairs so that was a lot. Positive:our 3 year old was obsessed with the secret path and sitting space behind the pool & the concert the birds put on, especially after the rain,made it sound so tropical. Thanks for a great family granny & girls trip getaway for the second year!

Excellent property

I stayed here for a beach reunion with friends, and we all kept commenting on how nice the house was. Everything was clean and well-stocked - it was all exactly as presented in the pictures. The pool, hot tub, and grill were all in great condition and being across the street from the beach was super convenient. It was a short drive from the pier and restaurants/bars of "downtown," and Ubers/Lyfts were very inexpensive if we preferred not to drive ourselves. We will definitely book here again if we come back to Cocoa Beach!

Great Family Stay. Feels like a Caribbean Oasis.

We had an amazing stay. The backyard was really fun. We asked for assistance on one thing and they offered to solve the issue immediately. Close to the beach and many things to do in the area. The house was clean ans stocked with everything we needed. If anything it could use a little updated beach equipment but the manager already said she was looking into that after our suggestion. Did we mention the backyard how great it was!?!

Excellent!!

Such a great property. We had come three years prior and loved it. And this time there were several upgrades, which made it even better! The proximity to the beach is incredible and the backyard oasis is truly just that. We will be back!

Bike Week Vacation

Beautiful place. Would definitely stay again. Loved the backyard jungle. Spent a lot of time in the hot tub but the pool was too chilly this time of year to use. Looked great all lit up and the little pathway around through the trees was an escape from it all. Very quiet. House is on a busy street but it was drown out by the waterfall in the pool. Plenty of little spots to sit and be alone or hang out with your group. The guys brought a trailer for their motorcycles so parking was a tad tight but it worked. Long ride to Daytona while we stayed and went shopping or walked the very short jaunt to the beach. Inside was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts took care of everything!Far enough away from the business of Cocoa Beach while still being in it.Definitely didn't want to leave!

Great Rental

Stayed with my parents, husband and 14 Mo old. The place was excellent the pool and backyard was perfect. My only wish is the pool was heated. I did know ahead of time it was. It. We did t have internet the first night and when I sent a message they were extremely responsive and looked into it. Turns out Spetrum has and area outage for a few hours so easy fix. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great stay

We had an absolute wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and beach chairs provided. Only complaint is that there were not outlets near the beds which made charging phones difficult, but for a short stay this was okay. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacation at the Oasis!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is quiet. When you turn in the driveway, the home is unassuming but once you walk in, the home is transformed into a beautiful modern oasis. And speaking of oasis, that backyard is stunning! The sounds of the waterfall, the palm trees, & the lovely hot tub were so relaxing which is exactly what we were hoping for. We used the hot tub every day. It was perfect since the night time temps were in the 50’s since it was late January . The home is located near the quiet end of beach and the boardwalk is 1 block away in either direction. It was wonderful to take morning walks there. Next time we are in the area, if this home is available we will be sure to return. Thanks so a delightful stay!

Totally Awesome 10/10

Everything was Perfect. Plenty of room for 8 adults,so close to the beach and total privacy in the pool area due to the lush tropical landscaping. Not far from shopping but far enough for a cozy neighborhood atmosphere The beach was like private access,we had it mostly to ourselves Terriffic location for the launch that took place during our stay We highly recommend this property.Bring a projector for the pool movie screen,we enjoyed several movie nights in and by the pool .

Awesome Oasis!

My wife and 3 older kids stayed here for a week. What a great place! The house was perfect and the back yard lagoon was like a fairy tale especially at night! We were a stones throw from the beach which was amazing! The dual head shower in the master was fantastic as well. Chelsi made it all easy! We will definitely book again if in the area.

Paradise garden
