Highly recommend! This home provided more amenities than any other home my family has rented. Beautifully decorated and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Centrally located. Owners were very responsive to one concern that we had.

Beautiful backyard oasis

My Family and I loved staying at this home. It was very clean and well decorated. The backyard was so beautiful with all the landscaping and pool.

Tranquil stay

Perfect house for memories to be made!

We overly enjoyed our stay at Chelsi and Marc-Andre’s gorgeous home! The backyard was over the top anazing with palms that truly made it seem very private! The pool was nice and big with an ideal temp! The inside was super clean with stylish decor! We would definitely stay here again, and will forever cherish the memories we made here!

Home was beautiful! Host communication was excellent. We had a mechanical issue with our truck on a Sunday and the host jumped in and tried to help us find a repair location! Neighbors came out to see if they could help as well! All the little extras amenities were wonderful! Overall big and small everything was excellent!

Beautiful home and great location

This property is stunning and great location. The hosts, Chelsi and Marc, make sure you have everything you could possibly need- it’s thought out so perfectly. They made our trip so special and I would most certainly stay at this beautiful property again.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation Home

We were looking to just getaway and relax with our family and friends and this home was perfect for that. Backyard tropical oasis makes you feel like you are at a resort and the cleanliness of the home is top notch! Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who wants to unwind and relax!

Scandinavian delight

This beautiful home had everything we needed: a high chair, pack and play, pool floaties, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and gorgeous back yard pool and hot tub! We felt welcomed by the managers. It was like staying at a relative’s home. We especially enjoyed the outside grill and TV by the pool.

Amazing spot near the beach!

We did a family trip to Cocoa Beach and this was the perfect spot to stay. The home was beautiful and hosts were so responsive and helpful. The outdoor space was amazing to hang out with the covered patio if it rained and the pool was great too. It was a short walk to the beach and the ice cream shop was a hit too. We would definitely come back again!

Magnificent stay

The house is perfect for a large family. The decor and layout of this house were carefully thought out. The outdoor courtyard is incredible and allowed us to enjoy our days outdoors with all the amenities. The cleanliness of the entire house and yard is impeccable; we felt like arriving in a New home. We loved this house and Hope to have a chance to return one Day.

Family vacation

When we entered this house we felt instant relaxation. This house is so beautiful and spotless. We spent most of our time in the backyard at the pool. Its walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We were so comfortable staying here, and the host responded quickly to all our questions We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful place. Very comfortable and quiet. Everything was so nice, and the property is very well-maintained. The backyard is amazing. We found it difficult to want to do anything other than just lounge around and unwind. Wonderful place to visit if you’re looking to get away. Hosts are very responsive. 10 out of 10!

Perfect relaxation spot

We were two families with three kids 5 and under. There was plenty of space for two families with kids, good bed space and dining options between the two tables that seat 6 each. The property was in superb condition. Amenities were awesome and useful - the beach cart is necessary! Hosts were great. The pool and hot tub were well worth it. Would stay again!

Beach Getaway

Our vacation to Cocoa Beach was perfect. The house was beyond our expectations- every detail was thought of. The backyard was an oasis where most of our time was spent- Pool, hot tub, cards at outdoor table. It was a short walk to the beach, ice cream at the end of the road, shopping and restaurants close by. Thanks to Marc and Chelsi for hosting our family!

Amazing Cocoa Beach Spring Break Family Trip

We had an amazing time staying at Chelsi and Marc's property in Cocoa Beach. The house is incredible, and it was hard to want to leave the backyard oasis although when we did, we were only a short walk away from the Lori Wilson Park Beach. The home is wonderful on the inside as well. Chelsi and Marc did an incredible job with the house design, and it was well equipped which we appreciated. Chelsi was super easy to communicate with - very responsive and always friendly. We would absolutely rent from them again. Thanks!

Lovely stay in Cocoa Beach!

This was our second year in Cocoa Beach, and this home exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, thoughtfully organized, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. The layout was spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for both relaxing and gathering together.The backyard was an absolute gem, with an awesome pool, a hot tub, and a lovely grassy area that was perfect for the kids to play. Every detail of the home felt carefully considered, creating a truly welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.We had four adults and four kids in our group, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made unforgettable memories and are already looking forward to coming back!

Gorgeous, modern oasis!

The property is bright, clean, and modern. A fully equipped kitchen and unbelievable backyard oasis made us never want to leave! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants and even a friendly morning chat with a neighbor! Chelsi and Marc-Andre have considered all the details and have done an outstanding job. Weekend Getaway

The home is spotless and stocked with everything that you need from beach towels to toys for the pool. Beautiful area with an ice cream shop at the end of the road. Pool was very nice along with the hot tub. Beach is at the end of the road, make sure you take the bikes and the chairs. You will not find a better place to stay in Cocoa Beach, look forward to coming back!

Perfect backyard paradise with first class owners

We loved the house so much, our family didn’t want to leave. The backyard is even better in person so that was a nice surprise. Location was amazing since we usually go to Lori Wilson park anyway, and it’s a short walk especially when their lot fills up. Owner overnighted a pizza cutter for us too. First class!

Truly a coastal retreat

Excellent property. Pictures are accurate. Very clean. Had small problem and host was very responsive and problem was immediately resolved. Hope to go back.

Adult family vacation

The property was great. We would stay there again. Close to golf courses, restaurants, beach and shopping. Pool was great. We would have spent more time in the hot tub but it was set very hot and there was no place to turn it down. Also, all the bedroom pillows were hard. Very uncomfortable.

Hidden paradise

We had to change our family vacation location. We were booked at a house in Fort Myers Beach. After the hurricane we had to change and picked Cocoa Beach. The house gorgeous and clean. The outdoor area was my favorite heated pool and a hot tub. The beach was close enough to walk to. I would highly recommend this place and would rent again.

An excellent stay!

Thanks to Chelsi and Marc for a truly lovely stay in their fabulous house. Nothing was too much trouble and they even delivered cushions for the sun loungers when we mentioned there weren’t any - that’s what I call first class service!!
