We had a great time! The place was clean and cozy and the area was quiet. Just 4 mins to the beach which we frequented during our stay. We had everything we needed during our stay and were close enough to groceries for food!

Perfect - 11 points on a 10 point scale!

This is wonderful little house was very comfortable and perfectly maintained. It had two comfortable bedrooms (one with twin beds), a perfectly adequate kitchen for a short stay and a nice living room. It also had parking right at the door of the house and it was very close to the beach. A VRBO suoerstar. Communications with the house’s manager were excellent.

Perfect Spot in Cocoa Beach!

This cottage is everything you need for a great beach vacation. Easy walking distance to the ocean and lots of great restaurants/cafes. The host was very communicative and made everything simple and easy. Beach gear and washer/dryer on the patio were an added bonus. 10/10 would come back again.

Beach and more!

Property was great! Very clean and tidy! All accessories included for a comfortable stay. Restaurants directly across the street as well. Great setup for dog owners too! I hope to return here!

The Perfect Stay

The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.

VERY clean and accommodating with welcome coffee and snack starters till we could make it to the store the next day. Great restaurants within walking distance. Owner VERY responsive to questions. Best VRBO we’ve stayed.

Another wonderful stay!

Our second time staying at the cottage and we had another wonderful time. It's close to the beach and near some good restaurants. The bedrooms are decent size and there is plenty of room for a family of four in the cottage.

Love the cottage!

This is our fourth time at the cottage and we’re already planning a fifth! The cottage is close to the beach, it has everything you’d need, and there are great restaurants nearby!

Great cottage!

We really love it here! This is the cutest cottage and it’s close to the beach and terrific restaurants. And we can bring our dog! This is our second time staying, and we’ll definitely be back!
