From arrival to departure we were very impressed with the place! It was very well equipped and we sure appreciated the use of all the beach equipment. We enjoyed the home more than we expected and ended up spending more time just enjoying the home and pool than we planned. Excellent location for beaching, rocket launches and relaxing, it was just all around a highly relaxing place to be at. Very secluded on a dead end road, so nice and quiet. A bit bummed we didn't see a Manatee though!

The host was a great communicator. The pool was a hit with our kids. Us adults drank coffee every morning on the dock and saw manatees! One bummer was that I booked expecting there to be a hot tub, as it was stated in the title of the stay. After inquiring, they said that was a mistake & took it off the listing. However, it was still a nice stay for us.

Beautiful home with a great location!

We loved having a pool to use in addition to the dock. We didn’t catch any fish but we enjoyed daily views of manatees and their babies in addition to dolphins from the dock. This house is in walking distance to so much - the beach, shops, and Starbucks. We walked to a great Gelato place almost every night.

Fantastic place

My wife and I enjoyed the entire February in Florida staying over at this house.I know that “home away from home” is a cliche but that is exactly what it was.Everything was above and beyond.The owners are very nice people.Perhaps, my review sounds kinda suspiciously sweet but I promise I am a real person lol.

Beautiful river home

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very clean and recently updated with beautiful design choices. The location was convenient to restaurants and other points of interest. The very best part was the backyard which had a lovely pool and an expansive yard which looked out at a canal. Our dogs especially loved it and we will definitely be back.

We loved this stay!

We really enjoyed this house. It's beautifully refurbished and a great layout. It was a lovely house for our family to gather - both inside and outside. And a good location for easy beach access. We will definitely stay here again. Bonus - toddler loved the kids room and toys :)

Great place, great time!

Wonderful location and had everything we needed! The pool and fishing from the backyard was perfect for our stay. We also were able to walk to the beach and enjoyed that very much. Layout of the house is perfect and beds were so comfortable. Great communication when we had questions, as well. Hope to stay here again one day!

Excellent Property - Pick this One!

Loved this beautiful house and all the amenities. Rain or shine there is plenty to keep you entertained. Our group had plenty of room to spend together and also to each have our own bedroom spaces. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed.The kitchen was well stocked with good quality appliances and utensils. We Loved the outdoor space and spent a lot of quality time outdoors swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We even had daily visits from the manatees. Home is located in close proximity to beach access, Port Canaveral and shopping. We had a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The owners had good communication with us the entire stay and left us personal touches that made our stay extra special. When we return to this area, we will definitely seek out this home again.

Great place, great renovation!

We loved this place so much, the renovation was terrific and it was so modern and clean. Loved that there were enough towels and pillows and sheets and beds. Loved that the kitchen was open plan and so many places to sit and visit in the main room. It was convenient for shopping and restaurants and we could easily walk to many places. It was great and we will definitely come back if we’re returning to the space coast.

Overall Good Time

Two Grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and grandson - age 6. Property was as pictured - very clean and good location. Grandson loved his room, pool, games and toys. Enjoyed walking to restaurants, shops, mini golf and beaches (saw a rocket launch). Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to make majority of our meals. Easy access to Kennedy Space Center, Brevard County Zoo and Merritt Island National Wildlife refuge. Actually saw bioluminescent jelly fish in the canal behind the house. Fun stay for everyone. Highly recommend.

It was a very enjoyable stay and the house was beautiful and nicely decorated! We felt welcomed by the owners immediately. A couple of issues came up and they addressed them immediately. Look forward to returning.
