My husband and I really enjoyed our time this past week! The unit is spacious with plenty of towels as well as ALL of the essential's. Everything was clean and decorated wonderfully! We were able to swim in the pool as it was very warm! There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, and the Publix supermarket is 2 blocks away. At the last minute we chose to extend our check out time to 5:00 so we could have one more beach day, and everyone was very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Space Coast Family Reunion

We had an amazing time in Cocoa Beach. We were there to visit family who lives in the area and were lucky to find such perfect accommodations. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing, stress free trip and we had a great view of the Space X launch from the beach.We appreciated the beach chairs and towels that were provided so we didn’t have to lug all of that from home. The area was quiet, the grounds were well kept, the condo was a great size. We would definitely stay here again!

Snowbird beach trip

This unit was perfect for our family – me, my wife, and our teenage daughters – for a short beach stay. It was clean and equipped with all the amenities you need for a vacation, unlike a typical hotel. The pool was large and refreshing, and the beach was just a short walk away. The unit is the last corner one, furthest from the pool and beach, and overlooks the Best Western parking lot. The view shown in the pictures is accurate, so if you’re okay with that, don’t hesitate to book.

The location to the pool and beach are great. We had family who also stayed on the property it was a nice way to be together. Our condo was very clean and had basic amenities. Property is well kept. I wouldn’t advertise as oceanfront as it is barely ocean view. Check out time is too early. We had a great time!

Family get away

Overall a fairly nice experience. The neighborhood was not as nice as we’d hoped. The Beach had a warning against swimming for to fecal bacterial contamination. During the night we were woken by someone squealing tires and revving engines up and down the street. The goods provided in the condo were absolutely minimal.

Clean, Large Condo

My family has been renting from Cocoa Beach Towers since the mid-90's. I hadn't been back since 2004, and there have been major updates. Still a relaxing atmosphere, with large condos and great view of the ocean. Still feels like a second home, much like it did 20+ years ago. Love that there is a laundry unit in the condo now - it came in very handy traveling with kids. Hope to be back soon and continue the tradition with my kids. Communication with the property manager was great as well.

Outstanding communication! Very nice and helpful! Location was great! My only complaint was mattresses are terrible in all rooms. Big talk at the pool so all rooms lol. I would really love to stay her again if they changed mattresses out.

Condo unit was just as described and pictured. Cute and comfortable. Loved the scenery, direct access to beach, quiet & not crowded beach area to enjoy. Many places in walking distance. Condo manager Zareh is very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful with the area, he made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo!

I cannot say enough about this amazing newly remodeled three bedroom condo we found at the Cocoa Beach Towers via vrbo. Although the exterior of the building is older, the owners have fully gutted this condo with all new appliances, furniture, bedding, shower tiles, which were gorgeous and immaculate! There were even boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas they provided as well that were also new! This corner unit allows sun on the patio all day and evening. The heated pool was larger than any pool you’ll find along these condo buildings or hotels in the area. The beach is steps away and close to the TiKi Bar and Grill and shops as the pier is conveniently close! The only thing not new was the Towers’ tennis court which was conveniently outside our door, but is in desperate need of being resurfaced, sorry. However, we found amazing tennis courts at the Nancy Hanson Recreation Center just a couple miles down the road for minimal fees! We absolutely loved this place as it was perfect for us all (6 adults) and we hope to rent again some day! Thank you!
