Vacation

We had a combined vacation/softball trip. This place was great and was definitely a home away home. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Pictures didn’t do it justice! We definitely hope to return. Hosts were very helpful and nice!!

The property is very nice and communication with owner/mgrs was good. Only big disappointment was that there was no workable grill as promised and they did not correct the problem when we said that we did intend to grill while staying there.

Great Getaway

This was a wonderful rental that was even better than the pictures. It was quiet, a close walk to the beach and other local attractions, and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando. The pool was warm and clean. The set up of the rental is perfect for a family and the beach towels, boogey boards, and cooler were nice touches.

This place was just what we needed. Kid friendly, literally 2 minute walk to the beach, clean pool, great amenities (comfortable beds!!). I'd definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Beautiful Oasis

Incredible property tucked in into the heart of the space coast. Impeccable property in every way. The pool is an absolute dream. The home had everything we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. I can’t recommend this property enough. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing property!

The entire process of renting this property was smooth. The suite was clean and absolutely stunning! The owners thought of everything you could possibly need and then some! So close to everything! We will be back! It was by far one of the best experiences of our lives.

Great Place

We had a great time at this location. 5 minute walk to the ocean and all the things you would need for the ocean, chairs, cooler, towels, and boards too. The owners were super pleasant and easy to reach. Would total rent from them again. Had a wonderful time.

A week of bliss!

Cannot say enough about this wonderful property and the amenities; it was everything described and more. Adam was a delight to work with, we can’t wait to come back. Pool was warm so kids could swim and the beach a short 3 blocks away. Took advantage of the beach rental gear from A1A Beach Rentals, highly recommend as well. Perfect set up for our family of four with room to spread out. Beds were comfy, linens quality, and the entire rental was so clean—not one negative thing to say. Book this property, you won’t be sorry!

Great location, comfortable lodging

We had a great week with our family of five. Happy they had almost everything we could need. The heated pool was our favorite staple, and a quick walk to the beach was fantastic! Could use some furniture updates, but overall a very comfortable stay.

A gem

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this location. Quality appliances, flooring, counters, beds, furniture. Loved the travertine tiles in the spacious baths. Bedrooms lovely decorated with plenty of storage and very comfy beds. Very convenient neighborhood. Adam and Patricia were awesome owners...on the spot responses to make sure you were had anything you needed and you were satisfied. The heated saltwater pool is a lovely plus and we used it often. Fenced in personal patio areas with grills too! TVs, internet, a/c all great. Lots of hot water...oh and wonderful washer dryer, beach items, etc. I cant say enough. We stayed in init #1 first, then moved to unit#2. Fantastic! Our favorite stay in cocoa beach so far. WE WILL BE BACK!

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was just what we needed. Owner and property manager(mother and son) were just a text away the entire time. The home was beautiful and fully equipped. The pool and the very short walk to the beach and pier were icing on the cake!!

Fantastic property!

We absolutely loved our stay! Cocoa Beach is a favorite of ours but it was our first stay in this unit. It was perfect for our group! Clean, beautiful with a great layout! Short walk to the beach and a great pool that the kids loved! Would definitely stay here again!
