Beach getaway

My husband and I had plans to go to Orlando for a few days but wanted to have some beach time. This was perfect place. We were literally right across the street from the beach. Our place had everything we needed including beach chairs to take over with us. It was clean and quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this location.

Clean and cozy unit

My husband and I stayed here for five nights to celebrate our 20-year anniversary. I was a little concerned when booking the unit about it's proximity to the beach. I worried for nothing. You cross a quiet street (not a busy road or highway like many other places), stroll down the boardwalk and you are at the beach! This beach is beautiful. It was not crowded or loud. When it comes to the unit we stayed in, it also was beautiful! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well cared for. The owners provided a beach bag and towels, one less thing I had to pack. My husband and I have gone on our share of beach vacations and the downfall every time has been that we had to purchase beach chairs and coolers and leave them behind when it was time to fly home. One of my ABSOLUTE favorite aspects of this property is that they have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, and wagons available for FREE for their occupants to use. My husband has already decided that we will be staying here again!!!

Everything we were hoping for and more!

This villa was perfect for us - all new inside, perfectly clean, quiet. We felt so comfortable as if we were at home. They provided beach towels, umbrellas, chairs and coolers which is such a price saver as opposed to staying at a hotel. The beach access was a quick walk across the steet which were pleasantly surprised. Very close to everything and walking distance to the pier. No complaints at all and plan on staying here next year when we come!

Nice little place

The property was very well appointed with high quality furnishings and appliances and met all our needs very well. We would be more than happy to return in the future. I do need to point out that the property is quite small - some may find this an issue, even though we did not. Our party was me, my wife and an 11 yr old.

Winslow Reserve checked all the boxes for us. Great location, excellent amenities, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Upon arrival, our unit was very clean. We would book again anytime.

My husband and I stayed here for a few days! We loved it. Clean, comfortable with everything you needed. Grounds were nice and kept up. Great beach items and chairs to hang at beach and watch space x launch. Loved this place would stay again definitely.

Short and comfortable stay

Property was as described. Good location as we were visiting Kennedy Space Centre. Clean with all the mod cons & everything on hand if needed such as a laundry & beach equipment. We had an electrical problem while staying on our first night & the owner responded very quickly & organised an electrician to fix the problem, even though it was NYE. Would recommend & stay again if visiting the area.

Clean property with everything we needed, close to the beach and dining venues. We experienced an internet and tv problems, which were fixed by the host right away. We appreciated the timely and effective communication with the host. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!
