Rental was for my son and his new bride on their honeymoon. They loved the location and the proximity to activities. The property was well kept and well stocked. The host, Stephanie, was fantastic to work with and made the rental process seamless.

This condo has everything you need for your quiet beach getaway! It is probably one of the most well stocked condo’s I’ve stayed in. It’s steps from the beach, parking is right outside your door, and close laundry access. While you are located near the Cocoa Beach Pier, this unit is quiet and very well maintained. Stephanie, our host, was very responsive. We had an issue and I reached out to her for help and she was very prompt and responsive to help us. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Great for us!

Just a one bedroom on the beach. We used this apartment as a post cruise stay. Our week was gilled with beach time and walking to the local restaurants. We came without a car. I ordered groceries and did the laundry at the complex. Tules seemed to be followed and i have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. Great place!

Great beach location

Nicely decorated making you feel right at home from the start. Well kept grounds and access right to the beach. Close to both the pier and Ron John's. Will want to stay here next time we visit Cocoa Beach.

Cool Cocoa Beach Condo

This cute condo was clean, nicely appointed, and the complex was quiet. The pool was popular with a mix of full time residents and rental guests. Location is great, just far enough from Pier 61. Everything we needed and then was provided. We would return for sure.

Great location and property

Had a great stay. Although pool was closed to redo the deck but our host warned us of this and offered us to cancel. Chose to stay just had beach days. No problems contacting host with questions. Pool will be beautiful with the new deck. Not alot of light as only 2 windows but a cute little spot.

Great as always.

This is almost the 10th time I've stayed at the Cocoa Beach Club. The site is always clean and quiet. The location is great. Only a block from the Cocoa Beach Pier. This was my first time in a one bedroom unit. It worked out really good. The TVs were easy to figure out. The unit was clean and well maintained. I really liked alll of the little things that were on site. Sugar packets salt and pepper etc. I was also surprised to see putters and golf balls for the putting green. It was a very enjoyable stay.

On the beach!!

Beautiful little condo!! Location was perfect! 3 buildings down from the pier gets you just far enough away from the busy public area but your still close to the pier! The bed was comfy and the unit was completely stocked! There were plenty of bath and beach towels. The owner quickly replied to any questions. Highly recommended!

Anniversary Getaway

Great beach condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location is great. It was an easy short walk to the beach. The pool was great. The covered parking right outside the condo door was a bonus. The condo is within walking distance to a small playground (granddaughter spotted that on the drive in!), a pizza place, an ice cream place, plus other restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with spices. There was even coffee and k-cups. We brought our own, but it was a nice touch! The hosts are great as well. Easy to reach. I am used to sleeping with a ceiling fan (none in the bedroom) so I texted Stephanie to see if there might be a fan we could use. She had one brought to the condo in less than an hour. The hosts really care about their guests and want them to have the best stay. We are hoping to come back just the two of us for an adult vacation. The condo is steps away from the pier, but we didn't get to explore it this trip. Thank you again!
