Had a great stay with our family. Kids and adults all loved having beach access just a block away and the pool in backyard. Well stocked with all we needed for the pool and beach. Plenty of space in the house and great hangout space just off the pool. Location is nice for morning walks in beach or along the side roads of the neighborhood.

Universal and Beach Days

Great location the beach. We enjoyed the laid back vibes of Cocoa Beach between making the short commute to Orlando for the theme parks. Awesome host. Awesome property. Awesome trip!

Everything we could need or want

The property was fantastic for a large family. So much room to spread out. My grandchildren loved having their own space in such a soothing atmosphere. The several seating areas were great for eating meals. Walking to the beach was a breeze. The older grandkids could to the beach several times a day. We loved the beach chairs provided and the wagon to get everything yo the beach and back. One family took their kids to The Dinosaur Museum, while the other headed to putt-putt golf. We visited Cocoa Beach Pier, NASA Space Center, Ron Jon’s, Surf Style and had some great food. We spent a lot of time in the pool too. Such a great asset.
So relaxing after a day of shopping!

Family vacation

The house was a great size with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. So many outdoor spaces. Loved the pool and how it had a small shallow end for my 3 year old to play on. The room off the pool was great for eating and playing games. The house had everything you need for a beach day and was a very short walk. Saw a rocket launch from the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect Getaway

Cathy was an executive host. The house was clean and well stocked for entertainment. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Between the pool and the beach, the kids set new records for lack of phone usage. Instead they took surf lessons, then used Cathy’s surf board at the house to spend hours in the ocean perfecting their skill. We saw two rocket launches, and saw our friends off on their cruise.We look forward to returning!Thanks Cathy!Steve

Family Christmas Vacation

Cathy was fantastic! She communicated with us throughout the entire stay. We had a very large group of adults and children and this home had everything we needed. The pool was heated and well maintained and the home was in a great location and just steps from the beach. We would absolutely rent from Cathy again!

Best Cocoa Beach Vacation

This house is absolutely perfect in every way! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool is fantastic and great for all ages, making it a fun spot for the whole family. We appreciated the double locks on the doors, which gave us peace of mind about our kids' safety. The house is spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The owners were incredibly receptive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we required. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, and we even used the baby high chair, pool toys, and floats, all of which made our stay even more convenient. The house is immaculately clean, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’re already looking forward to staying again next year! You will love it too!

Family vacation

This property was amazing!! It was perfect for our family vacation with grandparents and cousins!! The house had everything needed for the pool or beach and the kitchen was well supplied since we cooked at the house a good bit. The beach was just a little walk but was not far at all and no main roads or traffic. We had enough room to accommodate everyone and plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat. The lanai was a family favorite at night for snack time, movies and the pool. The kids really enjoyed the kids room and enjoyed their “sleep over”.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family has been getting together at the Seahorse for 5 years now. We all look forward to our yearly visit. With 5 bedrooms, the house is great for my husband and I, our grown children and grandchildren. We absolutely love the pool and the very short walk to the beach. (Just one block away). The house is very clean, well laid out, and completely ready for a stay at the beach. The owner is gracious and helpful. The house is close to a grocery, store, souvenir shop, putt putt, ice cream shop, doughnut place, restaurants, etc. This home truly is a perfect spot!

Great trip

Cathy is always a great host. This location was perfect for our family of 11, ages 4-60. Short walk to the beach, great restuarants, and loved the private pool. Accommodations were perfect.

Exceeded Expectations!

Our stay absolutely exceeded our expectations! Our group included 4 adults and 3 children (age 3 - 7) and this house was perfect for everyone. The first floor has an open floor plan with tons of space so we weren't on top of each other but also together. Upstairs the bedrooms were spacious and the kids room was the perfect spot for the kids to sleep and play. The pool and 3-seasons room were a huge hit with everyone and we spent most of our time out there. The houses proximity to the beach was outstanding and much closer than expected (maybe a 3 minute walk). The home owner Cathy was an excellent communicator and even let us check in a little early.
