  • This DIRECT OCEANFRONT unit is located in a gorgeous complex! This 2400+ square foot contemporary condo is a corner unit and luxuriously furnished with every amenity. The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. We also provide a cooler, 2 beach chairs, surfboard, and a volleyball for all our units. 5 minute walk to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Co.

This was a great place to stay for my family. There was enough beds that everyone had their own bed to sleep on and plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well. The kitchen was stocked well and we were sble to make several meals throughout our stay there. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and it was great being so close to the beach. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys that were available to play with. We had everything we needed there and it was close walking distance to a grocery store, surf shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo for your family vacay!

Great Beach Location

this is a great beach front location with an AMAZING view. We even saw a rocket launch from the deck while we were enjoying our stay in Cocoa Beach.

The condo exceeded our expectations!

Perfect spot on the beach. Watching the sunrise in the morning & the moon rise in the evening each day was breathtaking. The accessibility to the beach was made easy with a boardwalk on the property.

This beach condo was wonderful! Check-in was a breeze. Parking under the building so convenient. A quick walk to shops/restaurants. We had so much fun. Enjoyed watching the Ocean and two rocket launches. A winner week!

Beautiful and spacious

The view was spectacular and the space was so large and spacious. We truly watched the sunrise every morning and walked the beach every day. Close to everything but felt so private. Highly recommend

Really great place. Clean and updated. Worked great for our family. Only minor tweaks to note....wish there were a few more towels in the unit to start with......wish the A/C was better and the parking was a bit of a challenge other than the 1 small space in the garage. We would 100% be back though..9.5/10 overall.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious clean unit. The beach front view from the balcony is amazing. The wrap around balcony a plus. I would recommend this unit.

Nice staycation

Properties is spacious, very close to beach. There are a lot of activities nearby like mini golf and restaurants which are at walkable distance. The property was nice and clean. Check-in was easy and communication was also good. There is no facility for grill which travelers should be aware if they are planning to do any grilling. Beach access was great. Our kids enjoyed the stay..

Great stay!

Location is perfect, home had everything we needed. The dishwasher was not doing an awesome job, may need a tuneup. Other than that, everything was great.
