The location was perfect, we could feel the house shaking when the rocket launched at midnight! Super quiet and safe neighborhood with close proximity to the best beach. The host was super responsive and friendly. The house was clean and well organized. It was a great place for our family of four to spend a quiet spring break. And the pool was perfect!

We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a nice peaceful neighborhood. They had everything you could think of to take to the beach and if you’re not wanting the beach scene the pool is great with pool gear too. We really enjoyed the sun room. Pat was very responsive and was very nice to let us know of launch events happening, which is one of the things we were interested in during our stay.

Perfect Stay

We stayed here prior to getting on the cruise and everything about this rental was perfect. Location could not have been better. We rode the bikes to the beach and to Publix to get items for dinner. The house was very clean, well stocked and every detail was accounted for. We loved playing ping pong and ate dinner on the back patio. Pat’s responsiveness was always quick and professional. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to the area.

Incredible Experience

Hands-down, best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. My 12 and 14 year olds squealed with delight when we opened the door and entered Pat & Deb’s incredible home. The entire house feels brand new with every amenity you could need. From excellent beds with beautiful bedding, to a fully stocked kitchen and a private pool heated to perfection, I could not have been more impressed with the quality, comfort, cleanliness and thoughtful detail throughout the house. Pat and Deb responded quickly and kindly from beginning to end and they could not have been any nicer. VRBO should hire these two to give a class on how to offer a five star experience. Thank you Pat & Deb!!

Excellent home and location!

The home was perfect for our family. Very clean, had all of the supplies we need and extras for the pool and beach! Very responsive hosts as well! We are already trying to figure out how to rent it again in the future! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Cocoa Beach Stay!!

Perfect Vacay HouseWe just stayed at this VRBO and our experience was just amazing!! The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was spotless, had more than ample room for 2 families of 4 (8 people), the beds were super comfy, and it came fully stocked with everything one might need. And the POOL /back den / backyard were awesome!!! The teens loved the ping pong and foosball tables. The host Pat was super friendly, so responsive, and made us feel at home. It was an awesome intro to our vacation - spending 4 days in Cocoa Beach - before heading off on a cruise. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation rental. Looking forward to returning some day soon.

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood!

Better than the photos! Had a lovely stay with everything we needed in the spacious house. We spent everyday by the pool and were grateful for option to heat it. Safe friendly neighborhood great for our daily walks and bike ride. Appreciated the safety feature of having the doorbell ring when exiting the porch to the pool which alerted us with small children in the house. Great stay!

Incredible Vacation

As a family of four with young kids, we loved the house. Everything was very modern and easy to use. The heated pool was fantastic for the kids, who loved every minute of it. The beach accessories were super helpful to keep kids and parents comfortable on the beach. Our host Pat was a great communicator. Very much looking forward to coming back in the future.

Winter break

Great property for our group of 6 adults and 1 child. Everything we needed was available at the house from a full kitchen to pool toys. The porch was a family favorite for coffee in the morning and evening chats. We were in the pool everyday of our stay, there was room to play and chill. Quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Walkable to grocery stores and restaurants.

Perfect Rental in Cocoa Beach!

This rental delivered way above our expectations! It's so hard to make a decision from online but this listing was accurate and the rental even better. It was comfortable and felt like a home. Well stocked kitchen, clean barbecue, great layout with primary bedroom on one side of house, lots of usable living spaces - dining big enough for all - comfortable living room and such a bonus enclosed porch-it was a whole other area -where adult children hung out together. Pool and fenced yard makes it so you could just stay there if you wanted but walking to the pier and beach are so easy. We used the bikes and ping pong but there are activities and amenities for all ages at the house. Hosts are great and extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely one of the best rentals in Cocoa Beach in a good, friendly neighborhood which we walked day and night and we will visit again!

Beautiful stay with brilliant touches!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! We were a group of ladies staying here for the weekend. We felt safe and secure and the home has thoughtful touches throughout. We were greeted with a signboard that had my name on it, a beautiful handwritten card and a box of chocolates. Very thoughtful! The house had ample space for us. The house was also extremely clean & updated. We had a wonderful time swimming in the heated pool, and hanging out in the sunroom where we could listen to music and drink our morning coffee. The house is also very well located. We were close to many shops & restaurants and it’s also very easy to get an Uber. There are loads of extras (bikes/ping pong table/beach equipment etc.) which we didn’t end up using but had we stayed longer, it would have been perfect. Great home & great hosts!
