Property was exactly as listed. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. We had a great relaxing vacation. Just what we were looking for. Plenty to do when we wanted it but relaxing and quiet also. Spent our mornings and evening watching the sun come up and go down. Awesome!

We spent 3 nights here and was blown away by how perfect it all was! The size, decor, comfort and amenities were all 100%. We hung at the property 2 nights and went next door to the lively entertainment one night. There was great food and entertainment within walking distance and we could not have asked for more. The beach days were perfect with chairs, boogie board, football and more! It was a “10” we would absolutely recommend!!!

Our first trip to Cocoa Beach was amazing! Danny’s place was beautiful and he was a very responsive host. The location was perfect as there are so many places within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with very thoughtful additions for its guests. The property is right on the beach and being able to see/hear the ocean is such a gift. The owner was super communicative and responsive to any inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with all the amenities need for a home away from home vacation. Beds were very comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas were nice to have to enjoy beach. Danny was great, communicated well and very accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. Close to shopping to restaurants to beach. Great sunrise views too! Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo for our spring break trip. Highly recommend

We took our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) on our first real beach vacation and stayed at Hot Cocoa. Danny was very communicative and friendly during the check-in process and was responsive to any questions that we had. But honestly, you won’t have many questions, because everything is spelled out and organized very well, in terms of check-in/check-out, beach and pool access, etc. The property had all we needed for the beach, plus some very helpful extras. The location is great—a short walk from downtown Cocoa Beach. And the beach view and access from the property were tremendous. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent views of gorgeous sunrise and direct access to beach. The rooms were decorated really well with a colorful and comfortable beach vibe. As an awesome bonus we were able to view 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from our balcony.

Five Stars! “My stay at this adorable condo in Cocoa Beach was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the sand with a stunning beach view that made every morning special. We walked to a new spot each night, with plenty of great dining options nearby. The condo was clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like plush towels, clear instructions, and fantastic communication from Danny. Having beach umbrellas and chairs available was a huge plus, making our beach days even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing beachfront getaway!”

Our family of five loved our stay at this property in Cocoa Beach. The beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. The unit has been updated and remodeled and was just right for our family. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive as is anything and everything else you might need or want in Cocoa beach. Good dining, coffee and shopping are within walking distance but skip all of that and go build sand castles, play in the waves or go surfing just a short walk from the condo. Danny was a great host, very responsive and very helpful. If we are ever in Cocoa Beach again we would stay here without hesitation.

Wow what a great property! Location was the best! Walking distance from the beach and great restaurants and bars! The condo unit was spacious, renovated, cutely decorated and perfect for a family of 4! We can’t wait to book it again soon!

Danny was a great host! Condo had everything we needed for the beach. Had a few issues with TV loading. Loved the parking garage. Was right under our condo with an assigned spot. Nice to not have to constantly try to find a spot to park. Overall good place to stay.

Five star review, this place was perfect! Danny was so great as a host and answered questions quickly. He even sent notifications of launches to view which we thought was very thoughtful. The property was very clean, had beautiful views of the ocean, was well stocked with everything we needed and the most comfortable beds! We felt safe. Lots of great restaurants close to the property, adult kids loved the pizza place next door. Location was perfect. Short drive to pier, which got crowded (we did surf lessons there). The beach directly infront of property had the right amount of people, not too crowded. Great little area south of property called "16th Street" where you can get some beautiful pictures on walk way and beach, beach is more quiet (we went on a Sunday night though). Would definitely stay here again. Planning the next trip. Thank you, Danny for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach! This condo was a great size for our family of 4. We loved the direct beach access, the beachside balcony, the aesthetics of the space, and the location was walkable to all kinds of restaurants, shops and nightlife.

This condo is nicely updated and had everything we could possibly need. I loved the entire vibe of the unit and how clean it was. Danny is an excellent host. There was some unexpected construction that happened during our trip and Danny went above and beyond to keep us updated and make us feel at home. Honestly the construction didn't bother us at all. I would stay here again without hesitation. Our only issue was having to check out 😊. Thank you Danny for the use of your lovely condo.

Although the building was under construction while we were there and there was lots of noise and we could not use the pool, we still enjoyed our stay at this Condo. We got to see 2 starlink satellite launches from the beach! The location was great! Right next door to Coconuts, which we enjoyed and you cannot beat the view from the deck.Danny was a great host and communicated all instructions clearly upon arrival as well as things to do while in the area. The condo contained everything we needed for our 3 day stay. We had beautiful weather and we enjoyed every moment of it...!

My family and I came down for a celebration of life…this was the perfect condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, directly on the beach with its own beach access and was fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay. The owner was very communicative and responsive. This is a beautiful condo in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again!

We are a family of four with two teenagers (15 & 18). We stayed here for two days the 2nd week in March, and loved every minute of it. You see it in the pictures, however it can't be said enough, the location right on the beach is amazing. We spent a significant amount of time on the balcony in the tall chairs, soaking in the view of the beach and sounds of the ocean. It was also very nice being able to walk to Coconuts on the Beach, which was our go to spot for outdoor eating. The unit itself was very clean,and in good condition. Loved the Coffee Bar, beach towels and the large assortment of beach gear available including beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and kids toys if needed. The Host Danny was very quick to answer any questions that came up. One additional thing, since we had driven in from out of town, we had a van packed full of stuff. Being able to park in the basement garage was very beneficial, and can't be overlooked as a hidden bonus. We wished we could have stayed for longer. We 100% would stay here again. Thank you!
