If you are looking for an immaculate place to stay with a gorgeous ocean view, direct access to a private, uncrowded beach, all within walking distance to places to eat, shop, and grab some great ice cream….THIS IS IT! We just spent a few days with our 2 year old granddaughter, recovering from Disney and this was perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, with all the amenities. And Danny, our host, was wonderful and easy to communicate with. So glad we choose to stay here!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay! The condo itself is completely up to date and beautifully decorated. They supplied everything that we needed for the beach and made sure that it was a worry free and relaxing vacation. We will be booking again for our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Beach Heaven

Danny's home was the perfect beach vacation! This was my family's (two adults/two teens) first time at Cocoa Beach, and we chose this particular home for its direct access to the beach and our ability to walk to restaurants and shopping. I have a child with health issues, and it was important that we could quickly go from the water to the house if needed. This home gave us all that and so much more. Communication with Danny before and during our stay was prompt and helpful. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. But what made this condo a home was all the extra touches -- towels of plenty, new mattresses, all the kitchen gadgets, complimentary pods for the washer/dryer, bathroom amenities, and everything you could need for our time by the water (chairs, umbrellas, coolers), just to name a few. You can watch the sun rise from the balcony, and we were also lucky enough to catch a rocket launch. The beach was not crowded. It was clean and the perfect spot to try a surfing lesson. Exit instructions for the home were easy and minimal. There's nothing worse than having to leave a rental and feel like I need to spend the last day cleaning and stripping the bedding. I wish that we could have stayed longer. I honestly cannot wait to stay here again! Danny's home and Cocoa Beach is our new favorite Florida destination!

Cocoa Beach R&R

Property was exactly as listed. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. We had a great relaxing vacation. Just what we were looking for. Plenty to do when we wanted it but relaxing and quiet also. Spent our mornings and evening watching the sun come up and go down. Awesome!

Amazing trip!

We spent 3 nights here and was blown away by how perfect it all was! The size, decor, comfort and amenities were all 100%. We hung at the property 2 nights and went next door to the lively entertainment one night. There was great food and entertainment within walking distance and we could not have asked for more. The beach days were perfect with chairs, boogie board, football and more! It was a “10” we would absolutely recommend!!!

Spring Break with Family

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with very thoughtful additions for its guests. The property is right on the beach and being able to see/hear the ocean is such a gift. The owner was super communicative and responsive to any inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo, Great location

Beautiful condo with all the amenities need for a home away from home vacation. Beds were very comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas were nice to have to enjoy beach. Danny was great, communicated well and very accommodating to our needs. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. Close to shopping to restaurants to beach. Great sunrise views too! Our family of 4 enjoyed this condo for our spring break trip. Highly recommend

Perfect beach spot

We took our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) on our first real beach vacation and stayed at Hot Cocoa. Danny was very communicative and friendly during the check-in process and was responsive to any questions that we had. But honestly, you won’t have many questions, because everything is spelled out and organized very well, in terms of check-in/check-out, beach and pool access, etc. The property had all we needed for the beach, plus some very helpful extras. The location is great—a short walk from downtown Cocoa Beach. And the beach view and access from the property were tremendous. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a blast!

Excellent views of gorgeous sunrise and direct access to beach. The rooms were decorated really well with a colorful and comfortable beach vibe. As an awesome bonus we were able to view 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from our balcony.

Five Stars! “My stay at this adorable condo in Cocoa Beach was amazing! The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the sand with a stunning beach view that made every morning special. We walked to a new spot each night, with plenty of great dining options nearby. The condo was clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like plush towels, clear instructions, and fantastic communication from Danny. Having beach umbrellas and chairs available was a huge plus, making our beach days even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing beachfront getaway!”

Location Location Location

Our family of five loved our stay at this property in Cocoa Beach. The beach is even closer than it appears in the pictures. The unit has been updated and remodeled and was just right for our family. Kennedy Space Center is a short drive as is anything and everything else you might need or want in Cocoa beach. Good dining, coffee and shopping are within walking distance but skip all of that and go build sand castles, play in the waves or go surfing just a short walk from the condo. Danny was a great host, very responsive and very helpful. If we are ever in Cocoa Beach again we would stay here without hesitation.

Wow what a great property! Location was the best! Walking distance from the beach and great restaurants and bars! The condo unit was spacious, renovated, cutely decorated and perfect for a family of 4! We can’t wait to book it again soon!

Danny was a great host! Condo had everything we needed for the beach. Had a few issues with TV loading. Loved the parking garage. Was right under our condo with an assigned spot. Nice to not have to constantly try to find a spot to park. Overall good place to stay.
