Cocoa Beach Paradise

We absolutely loved staying here. This bungalow made my first trip to Cocoa Beach extra special. Easy walk to everything, great food and drinks right across the street, and awesome beach access. I loved the outdoor area and how pet friendly the property is. We will definitely be staying here again!

Best Stay in Cocoa Beach

We had such a great stay at this property! Everything was clean & looked fresh in the kitchen & living areas when we arrived, & the beds were super comfy. The location was great - we walked to four different restaurants & the beach in 5-10 minutes each time. The property manager was super helpful. We had a couple requests for extra supplies & the response was immediate. This place is a great find!

Christmas Vacay

The cottage was newly renovated, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and linens and towels were all cotton, which was a plus!Manager was very responsive to our needs and requests.Street was traffic busy, but the beach and walking were close and convenient to many attractions.Overall, an excellent stay.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, quiet.Very up to date. Check in/out very easy. You feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, there was waters and some snacks waiting. Convenient location. It was a little cool so we did not go to the beach. I needed help locating a specific football game on the tv, I contacted number given and got immediate help from owners/managers. Very helpful. Would book again when visiting CoCoa beach.

Cocoa Beach vacation

The cottage was perfect for our stay. So nice and clean, perfect little backyard for our little dog. Enjoyed grilling in the backyard with friends. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great Place Close To Beach

Really nice stay a block from the beach amd close to restaurants. Very clean, with everything you would need for a beach stay! The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. My wife and I would definitely stay again if we make it back to Cocoa Beaxh!

Hidden Gem

The cottage was more than comfortable, the location is a hidden gem, a block from the beach, short walk to multiple restaurants (Shout out to Jazzys for a great meal). Pet friendly, and the ownership was readily available for any questions. Looking for a quick get away or long vacation this place is highly recommended for a low key but fun trip. Finally, look for rocket launches, we got to see one at night from the beach, just a cool added bonus.

Wonderful Spot

This location is peak cozy vacation on the beach. Very cozy and relaxing, comfortable furniture, and nice outdoor seating. Easy to access, and is in walking distance of so many great places to eat. My husband and I loved staying here and will definitely be returning.

Cute Cottage

This cottage was beautifully decorated and just a few blocks from the beach. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it . The space out back was super cute . We enjoyed the surfboard shower .. thank you again for a wonderful place .

Beach getaway gem

This spot is perfect! This is centrally located, you can walk to everything your beach getaway heart desires, and most other things, like Cape Canaveral or Coco Village are 10-20 minutes away. The hosts thought of everything down to the beach umbrella, chairs, cooler & cart! And if you are looking for a fresh catch meal, and great cocktails, look no further then next door at Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster. We can’t wait to visit this property again!

Family vacation.

Catherine was a great host and answered my questions in a timely manner. The house was cute and very clean. It was everything one would expect and more. The location was close to many eateries.
