  • Precioso condominio junto a la playa, decorado con buen gusto para su disfrute. Dos nuevas camas queen size, una en cada habitación. Los jardines tienen follaje tropical que es perfecto para tomar un libro o una bebida y sentarse al aire libre. Disfrute de los patios y la parrilla para una cena fácil. Lavadora / secadora en las instalaciones. Cocina totalmente equipada. A / C, wifi, condominio totalmente amueblado con 2 televisores. Zona muy deseable. A media cuadra de las playas vírgenes de Cocoa Beach. Camina hasta el famoso muelle de Cocoa Beach por la playa. Ya sea que esté tomando un descanso en la playa de Disney, interesado en pescar, nadar, cenar o buscar algo de r & r, este es el lugar perfecto para todo. Los cruceros están a 10 minutos en coche. Venga a alojarse en nuestro condominio limpio y disfrute de todo lo que Cocoa Beach tiene para ofrecer. Simplemente cruza la calle. Es como tu pequeña playa privada. We just had a short stay before a cruise, the place was very clean & stocked with beach towels & chairs. We had a great visit & would definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach VRBO in Cocoa Beach! The property was clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials we needed for a relaxing getaway.The location was perfect—easy access to the beach, restaurants, and everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. We especially appreciated how simple it was to walk to nearby spots and enjoy the area without needing to drive everywhere.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.If you're looking for a cozy beach retreat in Cocoa Beach, we highly recommend this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here, convenient location, wonderful hostess with great communication.. they even let us check in early due to arriving earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Place is great, hosts are amazing- i did read in your reviews that it never gets really cool in there and i thought maybe they over exaggerated but the front room never gets down to 72. The fans help otherwise we would have been miserable. We did hang a blanket to keep the sun out of the living room.

Was a nice and cozy house for our 2-day stay. Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Also close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Would highly recommend this property.
