The Crabtree is a slice of paradise!! You truly can’t get closer to the ocean without actually being in it. The communications with the owners was awesome, check-in very simple. We used the bicycles that are provided for each unit to explore the island. The location is within walking distance to some great restaurants. Absolutely loved the pot cakes (dogs) that find their ‘home’ at the Crabtree. The wild donkeys made several appearances :) Grand Turk itself is totally amazing!! Can’t say enough about this place - just loved everything about it! Really look forward to booking this place again!! The only thing I may change is not Traveling in/out on a Saturday, as that was a huge pain

We enjoyed this lovely apartment with our very own “upper beach” in the shade and our “ lower beach” in the sun and surf. The owner provided bikes, and we explored much of the island- even made the trip to the lighthouse. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and cross over to illuminate the beautiful turquoise waters, and then enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets every afternoon. We wanted to slow down and have a relaxing vacation- and we got just that! We hope to return!

We highly recommend Crabtree. The condo is adorable and very comfortable. The beach and ocean are AMAZING. So private and so peaceful. We sat on the veranda every morning and every evening just looking out at the ocean. It truly is a piece of paradise. Jessalyn and crew are so helpful and get back with you quickly. Jack the taxi driver was extremely helpful and a joy to get to know! You will not be disappointed!! We will be returning to the Crabtree!

As a Solo traveler I must rate this wonderful property a 10/10. The rest and relaxation in this beautiful paradise was priceless. The beach house is so well decorated and laid out. Clean, comfortable and you have everything you need. I loved the rain water showers as my hair felt so soft. Thank you to Jessalyn, Kelvin the manager who saved me when I locked my self out early morning to see the sunrise! Jacks Taxi was wonderful and the golf cart rental for 8 days was perfect service. All you could ask for. A perfect paradise to see. A must bucket list.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crabtree Apts, staying in unit 1. Having a beach out the back door is amazing. The sand is soft and plenty of places to swim and snorkel or just relax. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms for comfortable sleeping and plenty of breeze to make the main area ok even in the heat of the day. The cottage has all the things you would want on a beach vacay, chairs, towels, and even some beach toys. The kitchen is well appointed and our host left us some eggs, bread and coffee to make sure we were prepared for the next morning. The beach and snorkeling is right out the back door and it is just heaven. We spent most of our stay just hanging out in this slice of heaven. We saw very few people during our stay on the beach. (June 24) There is a grocery store not too far away, and everything on Grand Turk is expensive as you would expect. Bring those little items that you’d like to eat and that travel well like protein bars, peanut butter etc. Grocery store had all the essentials. There are multiple restaurants within a 10 or 15 min walk. We rented a golf cart for one day during our visit from Paradise Carts through Viator. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and quiet. This is an amazing place for a laid back vacation where you really want to unwinds. We went down to the cruise terminal once to check it out and couldn’t wait to get back to our peaceful beach. It really is heaven and worth the trip.

Many thanks to our Crabtree Apartment hosts. We loved the place, it was clean, comfy and cozy! Exactly as pictured. The beach and water were just perfection! We had the most relaxing time. The market, shops and restaurants were a short walk from the unit. The locals were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

For our second visit, we stayed 9 days this time and loved every day of lounging on the beach and floating in the beautiful carribean. We had a double rainbow one day. Can't wait to be back!

We loved the beach cottage vibe and the beach setting is beautiful. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean. We spent hours snorkeling in the clear water and lounging on the beach just steps from the house. We walked the beach daily, and enjoyed going into the small town. We will definitely return. Love, love, love it!

This place has a million dollar view right on the beach. Stocked up with everything you would need. This was our third time here and we will definitely be back. We've traveled all over Caribbean and this is our favorite place.

Jessalyn was a fantastic host ! My wife and I were looking for a private, beachfront location to decompress and this MORE than delivered. I love to snorkel and right out the back door is some of the best we saw on the island. The island life is slow, just the way we like it. Highly recommend a golf cart and Paradise Golf Carts were a perfect fit. We do a lot of island hopping and this property is at the top of our "return to" list.

As others have stated the listing is exactly what you get! We had a marvelous stay! Used the bikes a couple of times, but we rented a golf cart and it was worth the money to explore the whole island. When we come back to Grand Turk we would definitely stay at Crabtree Apts...Thank You

We didn’t want to leave!! It’s so beautiful and the sunrises and sunsets are just amazing. The apartment is very clean and stocked with basic appliances and dinner wear. They even stocked enough for you to make a breakfast until you got groceries. Both bedrooms have AC units and every room has a ceiling fan or multiple ceiling fans. Pillows weren’t the most comfortable, but we made due. Highly recommend renting a golf cart during your stay to get around town and you can explore the island as well. The outside patio is wonderful and very comfortable and inviting. The local Pot Cake dogs are so sweet and friendly and they become your little guard dogs if you go on beach walks (if they’re around) and they are right there to greet you in the mornings and will sit with you on the beach. They usually sleep outside the apartments. Even the donkeys come around and they will let you pet them. We discovered a couple of good little places to eat out at and on the days the ships come in (they are a Carnival Cruise line port) we went into the cruise center and had lunch at Margaritaville and did a little shopping. Their online manager is on it whenever you need something and I think the on-site manager would come around very early in the mornings and clean up in front of the property and sweep the pathways and rake the sand a little. We could have stayed there for longer than a week. So relaxing to walk right on to the beach and straight into the warm turquoise waters. Truly is paradise.

In general going to Grand Turk we knew it was going to be a low key stay and our plan was to spend a lot of time at the condo and on the beach. Well the view and accessibility did not disappoint. We were the only ones on the beach for days! It was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the back deck as well. The condo was clean and well stocked. We overlooked in the ad there was only air conditioning in the bedrooms so that was a warm surprise! Overall we were very happy and pleased. A couple of suggestions maybe a new shower head, a overhead fan on the deck and maybe if you could incorporate a hammock somehow! None are deal breaks but just a wish list! Lol. We rented a golf cart which I feel like is a must. We did lots of cruising around. We went during down time and restaurants were a challenge at times but we were able to cook at the condo too. Overall we got some great R&R. Honestly this condo is what made us decide to pass up Provo hustle and bustle and head to the beach front paradise.

This is the most magical place. Everything was perfect. It really is on the beach with snorkeling right there. It felt like we were the only ones there. Very clean, comfortable beds. Everything you need to have amazing lazy days on the beach. The friendly well behaved dogs were a big plus. So where the donkeys.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The beach is everything you see on a postcard from the Caribbean. The house was clean and had everything you would need. There was half of dozen eggs, OJ, butter, bread, coffee and cream waiting for us (which is thoughtful when you've traveled from far to get here!) We snorkeled everyday right outside our house! The people and culture of Grand Turk are welcoming and make you feel safe and comfortable. There's not much glamour or fanciness to the island. The majority of restaurants are little places owned and operated by Islanders.The local people don't own much, but they are always smiling. If you want a vacation with the best beaches in the world and a beautiful, local culture this is the place for you! We will definitely be back! A few things to bring: Brita water pitcher (you can drink the water, but it doesn't taste good) Small, collapsible cooler Definitely bring your own liquor-it's really expensive on the island Snacks, candy, any food you can bring-this is really expensive on the island, too Lots of 50spf sunscreen Snorkel gear Underwater camera This will be the best vacation you've ever taken!

We enjoyed our adult getaway at Crabtree. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location and the beach was so private. We rented a golf cart for our stay and enjoyed exploring the entire island. We loved snorkeling right outside the unit and spent most of our time in the ocean. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet secluded beach. Our only visitors were the local pot cakes(dogs) and donkeys. 😍

The property was amazing and we had a wonderful week. It was very hot, but the A/C in the bedroom allowed us to cool off when we needed to. The beach was quiet and gorgeous, and we loved meeting the locals during the evenings. We will strongly consider returning!

We had a fabulous time at the Crabtree property. Excellent communications and response from the owner. The setting is paradise. The beach is amazing. We swam several times a day in the crystal clear water. The snorkeling on our beach was amazing and is as good or better than anywhere on the island. The dogs that seem to call the place home were a delight and we fell in love with them. We hope that future renters continue to feed and love them. Groceries, liquor and meals out were pricey. The taxi service was also very expensive so we were glad we opted for a golf cart. The apartment is in a perfect setting and was ideal for our vacation.

The beach is amazing. Snorkeling right out the back door was astounding. The property was exactly as pictured and any small issues were dealt with promptly. We will be back.
