The property consists of the exclusive rental of the first floor.The upper floor is occupied, but the spaces are completely separate to ensure your privacy. The garden is for the exclusive use of ground-floor guests, where you can relax and enjoy your evenings outdoors. The first floor includes everything shown in the photos, ensuring a carefree stay.

The accommodations are equipped with air conditioning and split-system hot-air heating. Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.

The accommodations are equipped with:

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen issues arise that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through residential areas with swimming pools while wearing swimwear or no clothing is strictly prohibited. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
