"What a wonderful country beach house! This house is charming and cozy. I love the older furnishings - of high quality. This is not an ikea house! I loved having breakfast on the back, screened in porch. Cooking in this well stocked kitchen with a pleasure. Our host was quick with communications and everything was very easy for us. I highly recommend this house for a relaxing getaway!"

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

Million dollar views from a small charming house….clean, relaxing, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great location to some great places to eat. "This house has beautiful views and it was only about 45 min to Williamsburg. It is on Hills Bay, which flows into the Chesapeake Bay. The water is very shallow and would be great for younger kids. We brought kayaks and enjoyed our time on the water. It would be fantastic for someone that owns a boat too. The water doesn’t have many waves, but we tied a party size float to part of the dock and all the kids, ages 10-19, loved our time there. Since I’m the first review, I think I might be the first...
