The View:
A private terrace with couches, and an alfresco dining table overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Cabo Blanco Reserve, with frequent visits from local monkeys and exotic birds.

The Layout:
Two bright bedrooms with queen beds, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an indoor living and dining area.

Designed for Better Sleep:
Hot shower, plush 100% cotton white bath towels, individually controlled ceiling fans and air conditioning in each bedroom, comfortable mattresses, 100% cotton white bed sheets, two pillow sizes per guest, and blackout curtains. For an additional fee per stay, you can request in advance our service to replace the warm bedroom bulbs with red sleep bulbs.

Slow Mornings:
We provide Costa Rican coffee beans, a manual grinder, French press, V60, electric kettle, gooseneck kettle, automatic coffee maker, paper filters, and a variety of teas. Enjoy it from the couch with an incredibly peaceful ocean view. Ask us about other Costa Rican specialty coffees — we may have additional options available at market price.

The Pool:
Refresh in our shared pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, with an outdoor surf shower nearby.

ACCESS and LOGISTICS — PLEASE READ

To provide some of the best views and privacy in Santa Teresa, our property is located at the top of a very steep 75-meter concrete road.

4x4 Requirement:
You MUST have a high-clearance 4x4 vehicle, such as a Toyota Prado or 4Runner, or an ATV/Quad to drive up the driveway.

Parking:
On-site parking is BY RESERVATION ONLY. Please message us before booking to secure a spot. Public road parking is available at the bottom of the hill.

Fitness:
Walking up the 75-meter hill is a great workout, but it requires a fair level of physical fitness.

GUEST ACCESS and AMENITIES

Cleaning:
Included every 4th day, except Sundays. Additional maid service may be available for an extra fee.

Water:
The property has potable water, backup water reservoirs for town water interruptions, and an EcoFilter for drinking water, for your peace of mind.

Laundry:
Wash, dry, and fold services are available for an additional fee.

Mobile Coverage:
Reliable 3G/4G coverage from Kölbi, Claro, and Movistar.

Surf Prep:
Shared pressure-hose area for rinsing boards and sand.

A FEW IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS FOR YOUR STAY

The Hill Drive:
For first-timers, we recommend driving past our entrance and making a U-turn so you can approach the driveway from a downhill angle. We provide detailed instructions.

Concierge:
We can help arrange ATV rentals, surf lessons, yoga classes, and bioluminescence tours upon request.

Mobile Coverage on site: at least two bars are possible from all Mobile Internet Service Providers: Kölbi, Claro and Movistar. Mostly 3G, sometimes 4G.

Basic wash, dry and fold services for guests' items/clothing can be hired for an additional cost following instructions printed on a bag located in the drawer at the living room of the apartment.

If you would like to enjoy an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know to check if it's possible. This service might have a cost.

We trust you and won't charge you a security deposit for your reservation, but you'll be charged for any damages caused to the property by you or any of your guests.

- There is NO private parking available for vehicles or guest vehicles unless previously confirmed by host.
- Do not play loud music or use drugs on site.
- Quiet hours are 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Do not use the pool or talk loudly on the terrace during quiet hours.
- Daytime maximum noise level measured with your door closed: 75 dB. Quiet hours maximum noise level: 70 dB (Recommended by several Noise Detector Programs)
- No more than two external guests per unit are allowed to share the site or the pool. No external guests allowed during quiet hours.
- Please keep order in the property: no footwear outside your apartment; no hanging clothes or towels in the terrace handrail, do not move furniture or accessories outside your unit.
- Smoking inside is not allowed, it can be done out in the terrace.
- Please do not take the bath towels provided to the beach or outside the site.
- Please take sand off at the outdoor shower or hose available in the lower floor before getting in the pool or your apartment.
- Glassware and eating is not permitted in the pool area. Beware of the potentially slippery floor around the pool.
- Apartments are cleaned at least every 4 days (except Sundays), including the change of bedsheets and shower towels. Additional cleaning is available upon request in advance for an additional cost.
- If by accident anything breaks, please inform your host and place the broken item next to the garbage can (not inside it so the maid can see it).
- No extra guests can be added during the stay unless host has been consulted and approves.
