I do not think this is a hotel but more a bed and breakfast as you have to pay for an evening meal in the bar/restaurant downstairs every night along with any drinks, you are unable to charge them to your room. "Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Pet-friendly BUT you need to know that the guesthouse is just a small part of a large caravan and camping site. There’s also a field of horses. Guesthouse clients with dogs are only allowed in rooms accessible from the outside; we weren’t allowed inside the building. So my room opened directly onto the access road, with all the mud and noise that comes from all the traffic, walkers, and horses that passed in front of the door and small window. "Lovely staff and welcoming. Comfy and well equipped bedroom. Everything in refillable containers was a nice touch. Remote location and stark landscape with nothing else around but good base for touring."

"Very close to the beach, on the other side of the main road through the village. Free parking overnight opposite the hotel, though a max stay of 45 minutes through the day. It's an old building, so the floors creak, but that wasn't a problem. The staff were great and everything was easy. Breakfast was good."
