"I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the...

"We had an amazing stay after going to a concert at The Caverns! The property is beautiful and was the perfect size for two people. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The only downside was the cleaning fee. It felt a bit expensive, especially since guests are asked to complete a fairly extensive checkout cleaning list before leaving. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting the area!"

"The cottage was not only in the perfect location, only 7 minutes from hands, the best splash pad/park “miracle on a mountain”, 3 of Tennessee’s most beautiful and peaceful waterfalls/swimming holes (blue hole falls, fiery gizzard, big creek, greeter falls, and many more tbh) but the community is amazing.
