"This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. A gentleman came up immediately and waited til it was all done and installed it for us. While waiting, he gave great tips for places to go, where they were and restaurants. Couldn't...

"Staff was helpful when I asked for a ground floor room. Towels could use an upgrade / small & very coarse. Room was clean Wi fi was spotty. TV wasn't working but staff were able to correct that. I would stay there again ."
