    The property will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, and iron.

    Coachella and Stagecoach: This property is less than 4 minutes away from the iconic Empire Polo Grounds, home to the world-renowned Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals every April. Enjoy the ultimate convenience and luxury while staying close to the action at these unforgettable events.

    We are 15 minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option.

    Tennis fans - in March, you'll be 14 minutes away from the 5th largest tennis tournament in the world, the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, which draws the top-rated men and women tennis players in the world.

    Close by is the famous El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta areas with excellent dining and shopping options.

    Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation.

    WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
    Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. Issuing the code before arrival makes the check-in process much easier.

    DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
    Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs.

    SMOKING POLICY?
    ​​​​​​​Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. No smoking is permitted inside the home or near doors, windows, or any interior spaces. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Any smoking violations may result in additional fines, extra cleaning charges, and potential loss of security deposit.

    Quiet Hours: The City of Coachella enforces a quiet hours ordinance from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise or disturbances during these times.
    Street Parking: A maximum of 4 vehicles per home may be parked on the street between 12 AM and 7 AM. Please utilize the driveway for additional vehicles.
    Prohibited Vehicles: Trailers, campers, mobile homes, commercial vehicles, trucks (other than standard-size pickup trucks), boats, or inoperable vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the property or in the neighborhood. Check with us if your vehicle is allowed!

    House Notes: During the hot summer nights, it's possible to encounter some gentle insects such as crickets, etc.. Rest assured, our property undergoes regular pest control treatments, though a few may still make an appearance. To ensure the upkeep of our surroundings, our diligent pool maintenance and landscaping team may visit the property during the week for service. Your comfort is importance, and we strive to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for your stay.

    We've installed security cameras on the exterior of the home, including one facing the front entrance and others on the sides of the property, to ensure a safe and secure stay. Additionally, a decibel noise monitoring device has been placed in the living room to help maintain compliance with local noise ordinances during designated quiet hours.

Long weekend family trip

We decided to make a long weekend trip since we had family in from out of town. Some people went golfing, others just lounged in the backyard and relaxed. The house was nice as was the back yard, just as seen in the pictures. The property management company was very responsive and truly wants their guests to have a wonderful stay. We would definitely book again.

Our stay at this Vrbo was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautiful and perfectly suited for our group—everyone having their own room made it feel both private and comfortable. We loved spending time by the pool, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after long drives and golf outings.The local food recommendations were a hit! While the guys were out golfing, the ladies enjoyed a relaxing brunch thanks to the great suggestions provided. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the sunken bonfire due to the warm weather, it’s definitely something we’re looking forward to next time.A big thank you to the host for the fast and helpful communication throughout our stay. I’ll absolutely be recommending this Vrbo to friends and family—and we’re already looking forward to booking again!
