"DO NOT STAY HERE This place may be worth while if you need a shoddy and cheap place for a night but don’t look too closely. The available pictures do not do justice to the low quality of this basement room. The place includes all the amenities listed, however upon arrival it was easy to see how poorly the property is maintained. The dishes were caked in dust and grime sitting on the shelves. "An absolute gem of a place, perfect for a quick getaway! Property was exactly as described and everything was perfect, down to the little details."

"The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

"Room was great the country club itself was run down and old the pool was dirty. Place to eat was not available if you don’t have a reservation kinda hard to know when u will arrive after driving 8 hours. Town or waynesville was cute."

"We very much enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect size for the two of us and very very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening when we got back from the Biltmore. Wish we could enjoyed more time at this stay as this was a quick trip. We would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area."
