"Reasonably priced. Lovely large room, clean and comfortable. Shame there is a charge to use the spa when staying if not booked direct with the hotel. Good continental breakfast buffet and a served hot option. Would recommend this hotel, but book it direct."

"Lovely staff on reception, we got a great welcome, they were efficient and professional in allocating us our rooms, the hotel is dog friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent too. We had a brilliant stay."

"Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early. The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location."

The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with modern touches. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal with a golf course just behind it Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value....

"Nice welcome. Helpful staff. White pristine bed linen and towels. Family room great with double bed and 2 singles for kids. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. En suite bathroom good but could do with updating. Good hot water and shower though. Price was right. "
