"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here overall, but the experience was bookended by two entirely different worlds. Check-in on the afternoon of 18 August was an absolute breeze—the receptionist who assisted me was a proper professional, welcoming and efficient, setting a cracking first impression. "El hotel está super bien ubicado para poder ir caminando al centro de Chester y el Market está literalmente a media cuadra y hay de todo incluyendo muy buenos desayunos. Pero la entrada al hotel casi que da miedo, es un medio sótano oscuro y muy sucio y maloliente.
