A comfortable country house with 2000m² of land. Located in the Alpes de Haute-Provence, between the Verdon Gorges and the Mercantour National Park, this house is situated in Clumanc, in the hamlet of Laubre, in the heart of the beautiful and peaceful Asse Valley. Sleeping up to 5 people, the approximately 100m² house comprises: on the first floor: - a living room with a sofa bed; - an adjoining room with a sink and washing machine; upstairs: - a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm); - a bedroom with two single beds. 90 x 190 cm (ceiling is low: 2 m) - A living room/kitchen with access to the terrace and a view of the grounds. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Amenities: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, gas barbecue, television, washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. You will enjoy the wooden terrace overlooking an unfenced 2000 m² plot. The corner terrace is partially covered for outdoor dining and partially open. There is no railing; we prefer to keep the space open (approximately 1 m high).
