"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. "We were there for four nights and this property deserves an all-around five star rating. The property is fairly new and immaculate. Every employee we spoke with was extremely helpful, enthusiastic and friendly. The breakfast was the best we have had at any of the “suite” type hotels. The dining staff kept everything fresh and stocked and amazingly clean. Keep doing what you’re doing - you have a great place!"
