" Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. "

The grounds needed some cleaning up as there was a big pile of rubbish at the gateway to the entrance of our accommodation and the laundry facilities were very dirty."

"The room was very neglected & needs completely refurbishing. The springs could be felt through the sheets on the double bed mattress. The fridge freezer was noisy & in the bedroom area. All the paintwork was chipped & worn & the bathroom vanity stained & old. Flooring in the bathroom was marked, dirty & lifting in places. I've stayed in many places & thought this was very overpriced for the conditions. It looks like the room has never been redecorated since the motel was built. "

"The room was perfect and very clean. A brush and pan would have been useful because the room service did not cover cleaning the floor. The walls are paper thin. I could hear everything that the neighbours above and beside me talking about and walking and a screaming child. The plus for this is that it’s close to the hospital, but definitely not worth the price."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with a nice shower in the bathroom. However, the parking area was tight and difficult to back out when filled. I would recommend to the owners to put more hooks in the rooms for coats, towels etc. Also, have more than one small rubbish bin. "

The lights on the outside of the building and lack of good curtains meant that room 1 was not dark at night. I asked to be moved which the staff were happy to oblige. "Check in process was ridiculous - 4pm on a Tuesday we are standing on the street for 15-20 minutes waiting for a receptionist to turn up after several attempts and hangups using the intercom. Not ideal. The rooms were great tho and very handy location to our event"
