"A very well appointed inn, scenically based on the edge of the haven, run by a charming family of four who could not be more friendly or helpful. The breakfast is superb and the evening menu varied. "I’m always a tad concerned when others call a hotel quirky (what’s one person’s quirky is another person’s odd) but this word is very spy in a very positive way. "We stayed at the Elm Grove Country House for weekend And so glad chose to stay there beautiful house, amazing gardens and the staff so helpful nothing was to much for them ,we had our evening meal there when we arrived and total enjoyed food fresh home made ,we will definitely stay there again ."

"Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building. Looking out from the room the gardens and view is spectacular. The room was large and comfy with great, instant hot water and lovely deep bath. Authentic home cooked curry was delicious."
