"The worst thing about the place is that on the website they do not inform that the Hotel is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I found the key in the main door and I see that there is no type of restaurant service or any other type of food."
"BIG fan of this property -- mostly because of the people. While a bit dated, that's part of the charm and the staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Super helpful, super accommodating, and super friendly. A short, mostly pretty walk to "downtown" made it easy to not have to drive a lot and outside of losing power (not in their control), it was a great, relaxing stay! Can't wait to come back and try their dining options (and sadly skipped breakfast, too much to do!)."

"My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. "
"This place is beautiful, charming, and in a great location! Plus, it’s dog-friendly! If you’re a Gilmore Girls fan, you’ll definitely get a Stars Hollow vibe. The drive up to the inn was really cool with lots of tall trees that made you feel like you were in a forest. There is a quaint little main street with two convenience stores and a few restaurants, one of which was fantastic for breakfast! (Separate review for Howard’s Cafe.) We booked the Ivory room, and the rooms are reasonably priced....
"Hotel Madrona is truly one of a kind. Every corner of this hotel showcases a fabulous and unique design. The garden is absolutely divine, especially with the beautiful music playing in the background—it creates a magical atmosphere. While the food at the restaurant could use some improvement, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning to stay at this stunning hotel again."
