"mal, aunque Patricia fue encantadora y gestiono todo su equipo MAL!la habitacion no fue la que habia reservado, mucho peor de la que habia reservado con una cama ROTA QUE SE ME CLAVABAN LOS MUELLES....y se permiten decirle a Htels.com que no ha habido ningun problema con la reserva...pero lo peor ..."

"Wonderful welcome from all staff, our dog Emma received many cuddles. Room was eloquently decorated in keeping with house. Spa was luxurious, lots of in door and outdoor amenities. It was busy when we arrived (4:00pm) but beds became free not long afterwards. Staff in the spa always on hand to offer ..."
