"Nicest private home we have ever stayed in. Tastefully restored elegant Victorian home with all modern amenities. Historical connection to the region helps make it even more special. Private large garden and patio area is lovely. We only used three of the six bedrooms most which have very comfortable king sized beds. Great place for larger groups to stay and relax."

"My wife and I are vendors at a local event and try to stay in locally owned B&Bs as well as VRBO establishments rather than hotels. This property was one of our favorites. It was exactly what was advertised, off the beaten path, quiet and relaxing. The owner was fantastic with communication and the place was very clean and inviting. I highly recommend it. Thank you for offering this place. We'll be staying here again next year."

"We were delightfully surprised by how quiet this location was. There was very little traffic on the gravel residential road to the house. We also enjoyed walking many miles on the Rails to Trails tunnel trail just a short walk from the property. The deck over the water was wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked with all we needed! Worth every penny!"

"We absolutely loved the place! Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend for our daughter. This place is beautiful and the lake activities were great from fishing to kayaking to the paddle boat to time in the hot tub. We need that the day after! "We thoroughly enjoyed our quick visit to this beautiful cabin. We loved how close it was to Foxburg! The lake this cabin on is so peaceful and It is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a Nice front porch and the cabin is so cozy. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and so accessible and accommodating. Our son (who is almost two) loved the loft (We took a gate for the top of the steps). We hope to make it back someday. Thank you!! "

"A great weekend and pet friendly. The cabin is newly refurbished and is very clean, comfortable, and modern, with no musty cabin smell! Great communication with the property owner. We used the bar-b-que and fire pit and made for a nice relaxing evening around the fire. Easy river access for kayaking or fishing."

"This is our 2nd time to stay at this cabin, and it wont be the last! It's so peaceful and beautiful. There at the cabin and the woods behind it and the creek running through it is breathtaking.And where the cabin is, you're only 30 minutes away from Cooks Forest Scenic Trail riding dude ranch. In just a short drive down the road, there's kayaking some restaurants or winery, just beautiful country.They also have a game room set up in the garage, with a dart board shuffleboard, ping pong table...
