My father is wheelchair bound, the faculty removed a chair for us to make room. The only complaint he had was the carpet was multi grooved which made it a bit challenging for him. Our thanks for a wonderful stay

Nice clean older property. Not much for breakfast choices compared to other chains. Bath amenities were pretty sparse, only the basics, soap, shampoo, conditioner.

Prime example of you get what you pay for...Housekeeping is lacking. During a six night stay when we asked for fresh towels and shampoo we were given various excuses for why our room wasn't serviced. Most popular was you have to request it by 10 AM. We did, three times. Our room wasnt touched once during our stay. Breakfast is very limited and the same simple options daily. Staff was often out front on smoke breaks.

Stayed in room 329 Baymont Wyndom in Clinton Tennessee. The room was dirty .Needed to be vacuumed.Curtains sheers shredded by an animal dog or cat The legs on a chair had been chewed by an animal plus dog hairs on the furniture..Office style chair was damaged by an animal . Bedding stained Shower curtains stained and creased .Dusty bathroom and furniture.Hotel hallways grubby .Stairways filthy with stained carpet. Bath was slippy , no hand rails .Dead flies and mold on window ledge and grubby air conditioner . The rooms were very poorly panted and decorated . Breakfast a disgrace .Granola bar,Cereal that was hard to get out of container ,Waffles and brown and white toast . No yogurt ,eggs ,fruit etc We will never stay in a Baymont again . Our room was left open when we got there .Had to move they gave us a Handicapped room which we said we didn’t need .That room was grubby also. The staff didn’t say anything .Most of the time they were outside smoking .

Hotel had cockroaches and was clearly dirty. Was in the room for about 15 minutes and saw 4 different cockroaches and saw wrappers for blue chew stuck in the wall ac unit along with a bunch of dirt. We told the lady at the front desk and she didn’t act surprised about it. Asked for a refund and stayed at a holiday inn express which was way way better. Would recommend you stay away from this one. Cheaper is not always better.

Staff is very courteous and friendly. There was no hair dryer in the room but when I asked, they immediately gave me one. Connecting to the WiFi is terrible. If you can connect, the speed is very slow. Fruit, oatmeal, or yogurt would be nice at the breakfast bar.

Family trip
The comforter was dirty and the bathroom towels all were not clean. The commode was loose and rocked. Breakfast use to have scramble eggs and bacon and sausage but not now. The place nreds to be updated as its showing it wear and tear over the years. It used to be a very nice clean and comfortable hotel.

It’s good for 1 night because it’s convenient, easy access off I75. But rooms are mediocre, found hairs in the bed on the sheets, not the cleanest place, linens are worn down and stained. Old worn and stained chair in the room, this hotel needs a refurbish.

Football weekend so prices were jacked up beyond what was offered. Bathroom had mold around base of tub and cobwebs in corners. Hot water in shower was only accessible at warm setting then got cold as you moved to hotter. No blow dryer. Overall not worth the $200 a night charge

This room # 205 was dirty. The bathroom vanity had a black residue all over it. Room wasn't dusted. My wife cleaned these things. We were too tired to complain, but we should have. We'll never stay at this brand again.

Loved the front desk lady. We arrived late after our wedding and she let us have quite a late checkout! Very friendly staff, comfy bed, clean and quiet!

Needs TLC and updates
I stay in hotels in Clinton TN a few times a year when traveling, but the Baymont was disappointing compared to others. The sheets and linens were clean, and you could tell the bath had been cleaned, but overall the facilities felt old and grimy. The carpet is old and worn, the curtains and box spring covers were obviously beyond their years of good repair, and the corners of the bathroom had mold. I’m sure the staff tried hard to do their best, and they were friendly and helpful, but you can tell the owners have not invested in serious upkeep in a while.

Worst experience at a hotel!
This was, by far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! There were 2 beds in the room. Both beds had stained sheets. One was stained with blood and the other was stained with something yellow. The toilet paper roll hadn't been changed either, and the toilet was not secured to the floor if that makes sense. It rocked back and forth. There were also holes in the wall of the he room. We went down to ask for a new room and they claimed they were all booked up (a claim I highly doubt). They gave us "fresh" sheets for one bed where we had to go back to our room and change the bedding ourselves. They didn't give us new pillow cases or a new blanket though so I had to go through the towels to find one that wasn't stained to put over the pillow case. We slept without a blanket. The next morning, I felt pretty gross and decided I would take a shower until I discovered that the shower curtain was disgusting and moldy. We won't be back to this or any hotel in this chain! Pictures are of the moldy shower curtain and the blood stained bed.
