Fantastic! Five Stars!

This house was SO beautiful! We were so sad to leave at the end of our trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! Joy and Don were so kind. It was so wonderful to stay there. Cannot say enough good things. The beds were so comfortable- I felt like I was in my own bed! Thank you again for everything! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway on the Ozarks.

This is one of the best VRBO’s I have rented as far as communication with owner as well as great accommodations. Perfect for any age, we spent one entire day just sitting on the dock. Great if you have rainy weather. Furnishings are what makes the place so comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house has wonderful amenities and the area is so peaceful. Joy was a great host and very responsive. The house is definitely secluded, but the house has everything you need to stay entertained. The outside spaces were incredible!

Family Reunion

My brothers, sister and in laws had a fabulous long weekend on the lake. Everything was as expected, great home. Best stocked kitchen I've ever had in a VRBO, had all the equipment I needed to bake mt SIL a birthday cake! Lake and dock area was wonderful!

Lake house

This beautiful lake house is a 10 out of 10. The house was beautiful. The view was beautiful right on the water tons of toys, kayaks, and paddle boards. We all had a blast and wish we could’ve stayed longer. We definitely will return be returning. The host were very quick to respond to any questions and very lovely people.

Great family vacation!

We stayed with our 3 adult children and all had a great time. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. I especially enjoyed the coffee bar. And the basement was great for hanging out together whether playing games, cards, or pool, or watching movies. At night, we made smores at the outdoor firepit. The dock was a favorite - fishing, swimming, paddle boards, and kayaks; plus a bar and refrigerator, with plenty of seating for everyone. Joy was always very responsive as I was planning and packing for our trip, as well as during our stay. The neighbors were also friendly and helpful.

Amazing 4th of July Celebration

Wonderful home on the water with an incredible dock and view! Great communication from the owner, very easy to deal with and responds fast! House was cozy and felt like a home not a rental Home was fully stocked with items like trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, towels, dishwasher tabs, etc Furniture inside and out including the dock was ideal for a family The view was incredible with multiple decks to have your morning coffee As a family that enjoys cooking and making meals, the kitchen had everything we needed! Truly enjoyed this beautiful home and will definitely be back !

Amazing Stay: Forever Memories Made!

This was the best stay at the lake we have ever had. We felt welcomed and thought of as soon as we walked through the door. Joy and Don thought of everything and their intent to make you feel at home was palpable the entire stay. This home has everything you need to have an amazing time. We enjoyed home cooked meals, bonfires, backyard games, basement games, morning coffee and endless fun in the sun on the best dock that was also so thoughtfully set up. We boated, fished, paddle boarded, kayaked and floated…. We could have stayed for weeks and not run out of things to do. The owners are so kind, warm and responsive. They want you to have the best time possible! The home is so well kept, spotless and well stocked. Our family had 3 generations on this trip and we all had a blast and made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing Weekend with Something for Everyone!

First class property with first class hosts. Each summer we do a sister’s weekend where we have three personalities to satisfy. These owners have thought of it all. They care about their home and want the best experience possible for their guests and we couldn’t be more pleased. Joy and Don’s details are accurate so believe the property information AND then add in the emotional experience of a beautifully groomed property, excellent dock and water locale, active and relaxing experiences and lovely hosts. Friendly, clear, and timely communication too. Super clean. Super tastefully decorated. Clear expectations outlined. Plus Endless activities (we needed a week to enjoy it all). We hated to leave.

Family already wants to re-book for next year

Well maintained and updated property. Plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. The lake has been our family vacation for years and this was the first time that the kitchen had good equipment to prepare meals. We brought many items, knives, pots, pans etc and they had everything you would need. The dock are was great. We spent most of our days there with plenty of activities. Easy in/out access to water and in a quiet cove so we could enjoy the water. They had a fridge in dock are which was great, we stocked it everyday so we did not have to go back up to house to get our drinks and snacks. The basement was full of full thing sto do. Pool table, which I was champ. Fooseball and a game table which we used every night. It was a little tight when we sat down to eat for 8 but we made it work. We even found the little gas/grocery store near by to have what we needed. Their hot prepared foods we fantastic. We are looking forward to booking again next year!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Experience!

Loved that we picked this place for our family lake trip! We have a larger family and this home had plenty of space for everyone! Great location on the main channel but wasn’t too choppy even on a busier weekend. The owners have really thought of everything to make your experience enjoyable and convenient! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

We had a great time and this was a really nice property. The communication from the owners prior to and during our stay was fantastic. There were also notes throughout the house to make things more convenient. There were lots of activities to stay entertained, everything was clean and well maintained, and we would definitely stay here again!
