Pelican Point

Fabulous!! The screened in veranda/deck, pool and beach access were terrific. Location was outstanding. Interaction with the property management personnel couldn’t have been better. Only suggestion for the property would be to make a grill available. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying on Nevis.

10 days of bliss

We had the great pleasure of spending 10 days at Pelican Point - a stunning, chill beach house that you'll never want to leave. The wrap around porch is the perfect place to spend your evenings if you're not out at some of the incredible nearby restaurants (Drift, Bananas, Sunshines...), and the pool is absolute perfection. We cannot wait to come back - but next time for longer!

Just amazing

Doreen was amazing. Communication and catering to our every need. Our family is truly more blessed because of the location we chose. Just a big slice of heaven in location and the assistance from Doreen made it amazing. We do this multiple times A year. This was so memorable. We were blessed to have had this trip.

excellent house!

Our family (me, my wife, our three kids ≤10) had a wonderful 2 weeks at Pelican Point. It's a fantastic place. - The house is really nice. It's stylish and comfortable. Great pool, great view, and a private property. Exceptionally well equipped - especially the kitchen, which has nearly everything, right down to good pots, a high end stove/oven, and grapefruit spoons. We brought books, but almost shouldn't have - soooo many good ones to read on the shelves there. Good linens, comfy pillows. - Very well located in Nevis. On its own little quite private beach (shared with maybe 3 other houses), and close to several other good more popular beaches. Also not too far from stores and restaurants (which we mostly took a taxi to). - Helpful, friendly, and competent owners/property manager/ staff. Everyone we dealt with from Pelican Point was great. They were responsive and helpful before our trip, and we felt like we got good service while we were there. It's really a great place. We would happily return.

Extraordinary

This property is one in a million. Beautiful interior design with an unparalleled view of the sea and St. Kitts. The furniture, furnishings, and decor are super high-end, but give a feel of very casual elegance. The veranda and pool make you never want to leave.

beautiful property, a gardener's delight , great view of the sea & St Kitts from the screened back porch. plenty of room to spread out, accommodations lacked for nothing ( pool floats would have been nice!). well-appointed kitchen for cooking with some staples there & able to order groceries in advance. needed water shoes to safely get into the sea with # of shells and rocks & dark sand. outdoor showers needed cleaning out, otherwise place was cleaned in & out every day or other day. several nearby restaurants and all very good with varied pricing.

Great house in a great location !

The house is everything the pictures show and more !! A beautiful setting on the beach, the rooms are all generous in size and design. The property manager Amelia could not be more helpful and accommodating.

Amazing house!

The house was everything we hoped for! It has amazing views, clean, and stocked with anything you may need. We enjoyed everything about the stay! Amelia was amazing and so helpful! We had a seafood buffet at the house with Chevy the chef and he also was amazing helping us get around the island! Couldn’t say anything negative about our stay!

Magnificent home in Nevis

I highly recommend this property in Nevis. The property is situated on the very best part of the island with easy access to both Nevis and St. Kitts (by nearby water taxi). The property and home are beautiful and the pool and beach are better than advertised, as are the views from the screened in veranda. Amelia (property manager) was very warm and welcoming to us from the moment we reached Nevis. She helped us with all of our arrangements (water taxis, rental cars) and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit during our stay. The property has a main house and two bungalows and is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. It is easy to get around Nevis with either a rental car or by taxi. The Nevisians we met are wonderful people; very friendly. If you are planning a vacation in the West Indies, you will not find a better location or home. We hope to return there again.

Beautiful home with dramatic views of both St. Kitts and the Caribbean

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Point. Views were stunning and the Caribbean breeze in the evenings was refreshing. The home lived well with plenty of room. Both the pool and beach were fabulous, but we also enjoyed exploring Nevis and the many suggestions left by the owners of the home. I would definitely recommend Pelican Point and plan to return.

Beautiful house right on the beach - just amazing!

Staying at Pelican Point was amazing from beginning to end. Keren and Amelia who run the house were so helpful which made the stay so relaxing. Check-in was easy, they were very willing to advise on restaurants and what to see in Nevis etc - basically nothing was a problem. The house is beautifully designed, it has it's own pool and it's also right on a secluded beach. Everything we needed facility wise was available. I can't wait to visit again!
