Beautiful home and beautiful area!

Our family enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and the location was everything! There was enough room for the family and even bunk beds for the kids!

Family surprise and Memorial

We had some family stuff to do in the area. This house allowed plenty of space for 10 fmmediate family members and allowed family members to stop by for a visit and worked out wonderfully. Beautiful, comfy and great for kids! We have added this to our list possibly for a family summer vacation. Perfect!

Christmas with family

The house was large enough for all the children and grandchildren to have their own space. The grounds are wonderful! The kids enjoyed the basketball court, yard and driveway. The back porch comfy with beautiful lake views. Great communication with Jeff!

Comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Kim was a great hostess and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of all the fun to be had but It’s a beautiful lake area. We are hoping to come back for a longer stay to able to enjoy the lake. Thanks Kim!

Family Christmas

This home was perfect for our Family’s Christmas gathering. Spacious and clean with lots of Christmas decorations and a beautiful Christmas tree. Make sure you have everything you need when you get there, there’s not a lot of shopping in the area. Above all it is a very pleasant place to stay.

Lake Whitney home

Nice home, plenty of room. The yard was landscaped and was very nice. We found several restaurants nearby that were good. The private cove swimming area was a short drive from the house. Clean and well stocked kitchen area. We played games at the huge dining table. Very enjoyable overall.

Just beautiful!!!!!

This house was perfect for our big family and very accommodating when it came down to cooking. The house is so spacious that everyone had their own space. We have lots of kiddos and they were never bored with all of the activities that come with this property. Wonderful stay!!!!!

The star house

The house was very nice! The yard was having some landscaping upgrades that made parking a little more difficult but we made it work! Property manager is easy to communicate with and receptive to any issue we had! Will stay again

Family of 12

We enjoyed a family reunion with our kids and 6 grandchildren, between the ages of 4 - 9. The weather was pretty rainy, so we stayed indoors a lot, but there was plenty to do. The kids played games, watched movies, and our favorite was the foosball table upstairs. We had a family tournament and had a blast! The property was very comfortable and so pretty. We enjoyed our time very much!

This house is awesome!

We had 13 in our party, 2 boats, a trailer, and 2 side by sides and we had plenty of room to park on the property. It’s a very short ride to the new Whitney Ridge marina, (formerly uncle Gus’) where there are RV spots, boat ramp and docks to store your boat in the water. This house is huge! Tons of room and it was spotless! I can’t believe how clean it was! Nice side porch that faces East so nice in the afternoon and evenings! We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals but this was by far the nicest and cleanest we have seen! We are already planning another trip here, we absolutely loved our time here!

Great property!

I absolutely would've given 5 stars for everything but their were some small issues. Number one was one of the comforters had what appeared to be blood on it. I wasn't aware of this until one of my guests told me about it after we had checked out. Other than that the property was very clean! The second issue was the property having "lake access". I understand lake access isn't the same as lakefront and I did put lakefront in my search parameters. I assumed lake access would be a short walk judging by the pictures. That was not the case. The third thing was we were booked for the weekend and the yard guy was pretty much on property all day. I would think it would be smarter to have him there on a weekday and not first thing Saturday morning. Very minor issues. Just leaving a very honest review. I would absolutely book this house again or any from that property management company. They were outstanding. The third

Vacation with their gardener

The property grounds are beautiful! Although, there is a lot of space in this house, the home needs several improvements. There is plastic on some of the beds, which makes for a sweaty sleep. The dishwasher is not bolted in. So if you pull both racks out, the whole thing falls forward and you have to catch it. The lake is not easily accessible. You have to walk through another property, and the lake is off the side of a cliff. If you have anyone that cannot navigate lots of really steep stairs, this is not the place for you. Additionally, when you rent here, you don’t have the property all to yourself. Apparently the yard/maintenance worker comes with the place. He was on sight after dark at 9:30pm when we arrived. He was back the next morning doing something with a ladder. The next day he was mowing for several hours. So sitting outside was not possible as the side yard he was mowing was where the patio was. The morning after that he was weed eating by the bedroom window while we were trying to sleep. He was back in the afternoon spraying weed killer. He does a great job bc the yard is gorgeous! Wish someone would spend as much time with the webs on the porch, as the spiders were everywhere. There are other things, but those are the highlights.

We wanted lots of room and multiple bathrooms. This supplied both. The kitchen has plenty of plates and silverware to accommodate 14 guests. Plenty of seating at dining tables inside and out on the patio. We could suggest that the management company be more professional in dealing with questions from guests. It should also be noted that just having a VRBO account is no longer adequate. Instructions didn't come to my email account or to my phone, forcing the acceptance of the APP. There should be clear instructions stating this fact.

Beautiful home

This house is amazing. It had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked / wonderfully clean and so much room. We had an awesome time at this property. The added extra of a 2 nd kitchen was great. Yard games was supplied and sitting outside at the beautiful table and chairs on the patio to enjoy them was just the ticket. We had a family reunion of siblings and had plenty of space for all. We appreciate Kim allowing us to stay at her home. We just didn’t have a reunion…. We had a retreat. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups We all agree… we would like to come back again next year.

A perfect break before a busy summer

This is easily the nicest, cleanest property we've ever experienced. It exceeded our wildest expectations and the pictures don't do it justice. Usually, after a vacation, I'm ready to get back home. This time, I felt like I was leaving home!
