"We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"This is a clean, well decorated and spacious property! We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. The back area has a park like setting and the neighbor has a very adorable little dog. It is only 5 minutes from downtown which was our main destination. Very nice place!"

"My family had to start our travels earlier than planned in attempt to out drive developing storms.I asked Erin for an earlier check-in and it was granted.Upon entrance, there was a personalized sign to welcome us, which helped me forget my wetness and weary. The location is what my family considers country! For us, that meant a bit of a retreat. The rain brought some crawlers out that had us carefully looking down to stop causing massacres.
